UK based company operating in the US- they sale POS system for retail and food\bev industry
the system is actually tailored for the food\bev restaurant industry however the salesperson failed to mention this in his persistent pitch- he also failed to mention many other things that were discovered after the product was delivered like the additional parts that are required to run the system.
They use a financing company and in order to qualify for financing they increase the price significantly as well as the add ons -when trying to get help and technical support there is often just 1 person in the call center and the hold is unbelievable - this system shut down on us on one of the busiest shopping days of the year!
I called multiple times to try to return the system and always get the run around- I finally just sent it back to them, only to receive several harassing phone calls in which I was informed that they would refuse delivery. This has been such a horrific experience and I strongly advise you to steer clear!
I was sold this system and was told it was 100% money back if it doesnt work for me. the main thing i needed was detailed invoicing and invoice records and the system does not have the capabilities. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 weeks and they keep feeding me differetn stories. They wont even let me talk to a supervisor incredible liars and frauds. Be careful they are in a rush to take your money once you give the card number enverything changes over 20 phone calls no lucks. And I have over 5 emails they read them and dont answer.
