Just noticed on our paper statment (we normally do electronic bill pay and do not see the itemized list).. that Entergy has been charging us for months for a unauthorized Night Watch Light. When they installed it (spring 2015 i believe), we questeoned the installers and they stated the neighbor had requestd it and we would not be billed. I commented that it was pointed a little to far into our property and that it was going to light up our masterbedroom. It does, for months our bedromm is lit like a yellow halloween party.
Cant believe they are billing us for this unauthorized light, we did not request, we did not sign any documents, so how do they screw up on the record keeping and charge us for the light? we have requested a refund imediatly for all the months they have been billing us for this unathorized light. Phone line has a 20 minuite wait that i will have to pay out of pocket for premium airtime minutes. This company is terrible, just terrible. it should be a crime for entergy to do this.. if we only had more than one electric provider we would be switching. How is it that utility companies do not have to meet monolopy standards like other businesses? Crime entergy, and you send plain clothed people out to delivery notices, thats incredibly dangerous for your employees! Dont believe it, just ask me for a copy of my security camera footage, i'll be happy to send you a video of your plain clothed employee droping a notice off.
Check your bills people, i'm sure Entergy is doing something shady to you aswell.
