Endeavor Telecom Reviews

  • Feb 26, 2016

I am currently a field engineer working for endeavor telecom and since I've started the whole thing has been nothing but one big headache. They constantly screw up and send techs onto site with little to no info or the incorrect packets / work orders. The hold times once you arrive, have issues with a site or try to logout of a ticket are beyond ridiculous.. 1-3hrs is the average and they will not pay you for this unless you stay on site. They will try and weasle their way out of paying travel, OT, 30 min here, 30 min there and try and dispute just about anything. I honestly can't believe this company is still in business with the way they treat their contractors & customers. I've had them on the phone and full on lie to large companies that they were another company because the companies they were contracted by would lose the contract if the large company knew what was going on. The TAC reps are usually rude and arrogant and really try to cram as many techs through the pipeline w/ little to no info or passing the responsibility off to the techs to deal with all kinds of issues that are way out of scope. The TAC reps will also ask you to do just about anything to get a job done. I'm pretty much at a breaking point.

Like others on here, I have been doing business with Endeavor for over 1 year and have done over 100 dispatches for them. I have numerous examples of them shorting my time on invoices, sending me to sites with little or no information. I have waited on hold for over an hour on at least 3-4 dozen occasions. My latest complaint involves the last month or so, nearly every invoice I submit gets shorted. The times I show for logging off vs what Endeavor shows, never seem to jive. They are intentionally leaving off the 45-70 minute close times. Sometimes they simply state that they were not kept in the loop on a long call with Megapath or whoever the job was done for and that they cannot bill for the time, when the notes and times are clearly accounted for by myself or my techs. In addition to these shady practices, they recently begged me to do a job on a Saturday and stated that it would be paid non standard rates. First, they shorted me on the time, then they stated that I was not setup for Non standard rates. When they adjusted my contract to show Non standard rates, I noticed that they were the same rates as standard.

My complaint list with Endeavor goes on and on just like this. They have cheated myself and my techs on numerous occasions. We continue to accept work from them only as fill work to keep the trucks rolling. I highly recommend finding other work rather than do business with these folks.

My principal purpose in posting this complaint is to find others that are willing to sue Endeavor with me. I have amassed at least 20-30 invoices that were shorted and can easily be proven in court that they do this as a matter of practice, not isolated mistakes. I intend to post classified ads to recruit lawsuit participants as well. Please contact me at (((ROR redacted)))

PS. If you are Endeavor and you wish to contact me and intimidate me into removing this post, please don't waste our time. I have evidence of everything I have stated here. Nothing stated here is either slanderous or libelous. I merely speak the truth. I absolutely am frustrated by your company and your unethical business practices and fully intend to sue you for what I am owed.

I was contacted by a representative of Endeavor Telecom to do some contract work for them. I signed an agreement package, and from the moment I first spoke, all the guy wanted to know was when I could start, when could I start. I took a job, and downloaded the Service Request, read the information and followed it to the key. I wasn't able to log into the 'TAC' to sign in to say I was onsite, I was on hold for over an hour. All the pertinent network information in the supplied documents was missing or incorrect, I did a bunch of cabling that wasn't supposed to be part of the job and then to make matters worse, the supplied phone numbers in the Service Request to to testing where incorrect.

Today I received an e-mail saying they cancelled my call. I can only take this to mean that they are not going to pay me for the 2 1/2 hours of work I did for them. I imagine they will call me again to do more work. I won't accept any more work from them.
