They waited an entire month just to ask me what apt I lived in with my husband (who is considered the employer) as they didn't have that small piece of information. How stupid is that? An entire month really? You make me wait and refuse to release any monies I need and I am entitled to have, for that fu*ken reason? I have bills to pay just like everyone else, you moron.
Then this Rodrigo jerk off (Edd Employee) tells me, oh you can file again, oh really it's been a month they haven't bothered sending me any other paper work at all since April 10,2022 which they are supposed to send every two weeks AND NOW IT'S MAY 9TH. He tells me "oh I will send it again, yeah right you never sent it in the first place, you lying sack of sh**.
Edd has been ripping people off since COVID started and so is State Disability. I am so sick of this FRAUD system we live under and we the people are nothing more than slaves, while the gangs at the top are feeding their rich belllies with money we the people work for!!!!!
BTW if you mark that you can not work, when the question is asked it's simply a trick question, it will block you and not send anything to you. So the system is rigged with trick questions black balling people. My man died you as*hole you don't know how I feel or what I have been going through and now I no longer have a home. I hate this system. I hope those state emplyees end up homeless!!!!! Or dead with CANCER!!!!
I never received a letter from them that my benefits would be taken away. They just deposited $5.00 onto my card. Where is the rest of the money? This is outrageous.
Now EDD is getting tuff on me they are scerwing me 273.00. part of punshment for work program . They acutally steal 10 weeks compemnsation steal 273.00 and call it fair.
The EDD can contiously sent me overpaymen tnotices they keep logs play game of statue of limatation . which is 3 years they look at each week you work and compare what empoyer earns if you are over by 20 dollars they penalize you. this is method to punish people .
I mde 100 dollar donation to Hillery campain I have organized for her successfuly . Thisis part of government bait & switch method of offering help but bilking people . I been robb this is method used to silence poltical dissent. Thee exact same game IRS does TEA party and conservative organiziers.
I have written to the governer about this criminal gang operating under cover government organization . I hope they get audited soon and abuses exposed.
