A CON COMPANY

Fraudulent company - DO NOT USE - Booked hotel - cost $1200 - Hotel never received booking (or money!!) Tried calling and emailing ELVOLINE but they never responded - Have reported to VISA and My Bank who are now investigating. If you want to loose your money - let these people steal it from you!!

This site is the worst. I made a hotel booking. Within 5 minutes I realized I erroneously made a mistake and called immediately elvoline. They would not switch the dates adn the robot on the other end of the phone just repeated "I am sorry, the cancelation policy is quite clear".. Expedia let's you make changes within 24 hours. Use them and I normally do.. Elvoline automatically pop up with this particular hotel, Albergo Terminus Hotel - Como, Italy, so I jsut used it cause it was late and I was tired. Now I won't use hotel or Elvoline though Elvoline is the culprit - the hotel does use this service so they are partly responsible. BEWARE - DO NOT USE ELVOLINE.COM!! I cancelled reservation and will dispute ELVOLINE via my credit card company.

I went to Trivago.com to find and book a hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona. I found a deal that said Scottsdale, Arizona and so I clicked on it and it took me to the Elvoline site and I booked the Hotel, only to find out after that I had actually booked a hotel for Evansville, Indiana. I have screen shots to prove what happened. We checked another hotel that said Courtyard by Marriott in Scottsdale and that one actually took you to a hotel in Louisiana. We immediately called to cancel the reservation and get our money back. The first call was made within 6 minutes of the booking. They are refusing to cancel and refund my money. The confirmation email states that I could cancel until 3/7/17 at 00:00 hours GMT. This is actually before I even made the reservation. GMT is seven hours ahead of MST where I live. They are claiming that since it is 3/7/17 where their headquarters are (in Europe) they don't have to give us a refund even though it is 3/6/17 at 6:00pm here.

They are Claiming it was Trivalgo.com's fault when actually the misleading link is on the elvoline website. I have screen shots of where the links go. I have call times and the confirmation email. This is a completely fraudulant website. I advise everyone to stay far away from them.
