Eltman Law took all the money out of my bank account. They lied and told the courts that they had contacted me. I had a credit card dispute with Discover. The dispute was never settled. After 15 years Eltman Law purchased this debt and started attempts to collect on this debt. We filed a dispute once again only to have it denied after 1 year. Eltman should not be allowed to practice law any where in the USA.
