Elite Booting Scammers, Delinquents!!!!!, Criminals!!!and broke my car!!!!!! They should all go to jail!
I parked my car on the Burguer King parking lot to go get a coffee and wait for my mom who was next door.
I bought a coffee at Burguer King and sat for a little while to wait for her. Because she wasnt responding to my calls and went to pick her up and after a few minutes when I came back to the parking lot I got my car booted!!!!!!!
I do have a receit that I bought my coffee at Burguer King and they didn't even care!! I called the number they left me on the window and this unrrespectful lady, very mean and rude told me if I didnt pay them $50 I would never leave from there.
There's a chubby guy getting in and out from Burguer King checking for victims!
I had no other choice than pay them what they wanted otherwise I wouldnt be able to leave, this guy came in less than a second and charged me on my credit card and left.
The nightmare started the next day when the engine light turn on by itself and suddenly my car broke out of the blue. I called a technician right away and he open the hood and checked that the coolant reservoir was totally empty!! he checked underneath the rear part of the car on the right side and he found that the coolant lower hose that connects to the motor was broken!! and the sensor on the left also broken!!! These motherfkers of Elite Towing broke my car!!!
When they booted my car in both rear tires they broke the pipe and the sensor!!!!! I towed the car to the repair shop and the technician told me I need a repair of at least $1200 !!!!! lower hose broke that means the coolant reservoir doesnt hold coolant and the leak cause the brake of the cylinder 3, spark plugs, head and sensors, the car totally broke!!!!!!!!! Booting my car broke the pipe and the sensor!!!!
I want the $1200 refund to me right now to pay for the repairs because YOU ELITE Towing broke my car!!!!!!!! If you dont give me back the money I spent to fix the car you broke I will get an attorney and sue you!

Dayan Patterson Milanes, employee of Elite Booting inc., a scam company that operates in the parking lot of burgr king, located at 10SW 8th ST (which is a fictional adress, cause this scheme firm is not legit at all), intimidated me today (may 18th) at 11 am to pay $89 dollars by having 2 boots that he put for no reason on the tires of my car. He was the whole time very agressive and sarcarstic.
If this was a serious company this person wouldnt work for them anymore, since he was arrested on January-2018 in that very same parking lot for assaulting a customer.
I want to know until when Miami authorities are going to allow this menice to society to keep existing and operating in front of everyone's nose without taking any measure to stop it!!!!!

Elite Booting, Inc. is working at Salsa Fiesta parking lot in Miami, FL, where they watch cars coming into the parking lot via video monitoring, and put a boot on your car if you use one of the designated spots for another restaurant (there are 3 restaurants that share the parking lot). This lot used to be open to customers for all 3 restaurants. Elite Booting has made some disturbing changes, randomly designating spaces for a specific restaurant. God help you if you park in Salsa Fiest designated spot and go to Jimmy John's. They will follow you into that restaurant, go back to your car and put a boot on your car. It costs $89 to remove the boot. This is highly disturbing and a completely illegal money-making scheme.
I parked my vehicle in 10 SW & 8th St (Burger king shopping parking lot), Downtown Miami. I parked in a small Shopping Mall that is located in front of the Brickell City Centre. Then proceeded to go into one of the restaurants (Burger King). We returned after 45 minutes to find two boots on the car and a Warning red ticket in the window. I contacted the person who was putting all these boots to all the cars that were in the premises and the first thing he said was that it's a private parking lot. and that they are a private company hired by the owner (who seems to be in a Cigar Store in the same Shopping mall - the Elite Booting Employee (Edgardo 01114.IL) is constantly in there ) and at the time I arrived there was a security guard who did not give us any notification that it was a private parking. there are signs , but because you are going to a business in that shopping mall and you're going to shop or consume their products, you don't look at them ; then he said that I had left the premises and that he did not see me when he went to check the fast food restaurant.
and then suppousebly call somebody to upload the video.
I still have my receipt that shows that I was in the restaurant at a certain time and that he place the boots 30 minutes later... I called the Police who stated that they couldn't do anything knowing that this company had their plan set up to ripoff anybody that parks in that parking lot. That happenned to 4 or 5 people who had parked in there too. THere was a Family where the mother goes out of the Burger King to buy something outside and leaves her whole family eating at the fast food restaurant and got fined because she also left the premises as this ripoff company claims. Miami Dade fine limit for this private booting companies is $65.00 ( See Miami-Dade fine limits) and the company charges $89.00 ransom to get the boots off. paid the fine and got a Police case number. invoice shows that I left premises at 9:52pm after waiting for more than 2 hours for this to be resolved.
This is a clear definition of EXTORTION and a unconcealed example of ripoff Robbery. I checked the Company ELITE Booting, Inc. in the Florida Division of Corporations to find out that they do this rippoff all the time and that has numerous complains on similar cases.
Be aware of this extorsion. Be very careful when parking in any area in Downtown Miami. Deceitful Business Owners are just waiting for the minimum mistake on your end. it is worth to go an extra mile to buy something to eat than to get your money taken by these kind of people.
