I had some items cleanes but one sweater didn't come back. The lady said it would be back in a week since they were trying to get a stain out and would try another method. I thought this was strange because by this time it had been two weeks.
Well,week after week after week she said she would go pick it up at some location but hadn't had the time, then her father was going to pick it up. That started in August/2015 now it's December/2015 and my sweater hasn't been returned. In the meantime, she tried to give me a shirt of the same color that wasn't mine and i refused it.
Not one time did they apologize or offer to pay for the sweater that was either lost or stolen. Nor have i received my sweater. The lady along with her father was very rude. I had to record them on my I-phone to even find out from her
dad that my sweater was damaged while in their possession. Don't bother going there,rude and poor customer service and my last sweater had staines left on it that wasn't cleaned. I used it for the convience, but i will never go back.
