I originally ordered a Motorolla Photon Q phone on January 22, 2016 with a debit card and it was shipped via USPS. I did not receive the phone until around February 10th. It was the correct phone but it would completely shut off and was obviously defective. On February 17th I contacted the company, did some trouble shooting to no avail. I sent the phone back to them on February 20th and did not receive the replacement phone until March 20th. I experienced the same issue and have been in constant contact with the company and they refuse to send me a refund. All they keep saying is for me to send the phone back. Initially, over the phone a guy named Joe asked for me to send the phone back, I asked how long it would be before I get it back and he said 30 days which I refused. When I thretened to file a lawsuit, Steve eventually emailed me and said, " don't worry, I will make sure you get it back in 10 days. On May 20th I stated I did not the want the phone anymore because it's been more trouble than it's worth, will you give me a full refund or not? I heard nothing back from them until I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. The company is not accredited by the better business bureau and they run a fairly sophisticated overseas scam selling counterfeit merchandise which they have been doing since at least 2013. Any positive reviews are probably fake profiles generated by the company itself. TOTAL SCAM, stay away from these degenerate low-lives!
