Edison Nation, LLC. Reviews

Yes a couple of weeks ago I had the misfourtune of submitting a diverse highly innovative idea I have that would completely replace antiquated wiper blade systems on cars. My invention involves reletively complex technical context. Through this firm I was to undergo an initial eight stage evaluation process to determine if the existing market for that particular catagory was already saturated with similar products and if it was a good fit for consumer demand & industry. Needless to say my submission was declined in stage four of the evaluation. The explanation they gave made no sense and did not coincide with

any business or maketing principles or fundementals I was indoctrinated with in business college. Then when I either made

attempts to get answers in the way of more concrete & sensible explation or feedback to my e-mails or phone calls I was e-mailed messages stating thank you for contacting edison nation after reviewing your inquiry we will get back to you within 24 to 48hrs. If and when they did is was also a reply that was gravely insufficient and total lacked any relevant details. I made repeated phone calls and was met only by a succession of recorded company directive messages and when I did leave messages nobody called back. I was also directed into a number of company sites that were to supposedly answer questions

and lend assistance those were also just as worthless as you are just lead around in a pontless circle without an actual human being to assist you. Is the company is run by GHOSTS?. If you are in possetion of intellectual property your best bet is to submit elsewhere because your not going to find anything even remotely intellegent, logical or practical about this companys directory or format of EDISON NATION!!...Although if your looking for a very frustrating and aggravating experience you'll surely find that in the run around in a circle nonsensical maze of EDISON NATION...

This invention company is the worst of them all. If you want to throw out $25.00 to submit your invention idea you are so much better off buying lotery tickets.

This company has ripped off so many hopeful inventors and have taken their money in hopes of getting their product ideas licensed.

Scott Droms has licensed his product ideas and pitches them with the other product ideas he pitches but always put his first.

Stay away from this company at ALL COST!!! You will be doing yourselfs a great favor.

Doug Doolen is another Edison Nation con artist. After I submitted by invention, I never heard anything back. I contacted the company and Doug Doolen answered. He told me the Edison nation company policy dictates your "invention submission". I was shocked to learn that Edison Nation is not obligated to respond to your invention idea. Doug told me that I could join the "insiders club" for $25 .00 a month and that "My invention would get better exposer". I believed him, so I decided to spend the $25.00 per month. After 9 months, I was still awaiting an "evaluation". During that time, I discovered the dishonest game they are playing. They keep you holding on for months, bilking you for more money every month, until you become agitated enough to complain. They got me for several hundred dollars, before I understood the SCAM. Their 7 step process is a scam to steal more money from you. They never intend to market your idea at all I'm told. Edison Nation is a disgusting company who plays on your emotions as an inventor. They are cruel and cold hearted crooks. Do not join their stupid insiders club, and do not trust Doug Doolen or Edison Nation.
