*KEEP AWAY FROM THIS PEOPLE CHARGE 2 MONTH IN ROW ON MY CREDIT CARD Back 6 month ago I open a FREE account with these people than I decided not go through with then and I cancelled my service and never used actually. After 3 months they send me an email to join again ecomdash for 2 months for free! ( IT IS A CATCH) . But not even for Free i used their service because I have already INVENTORYLAB and i am very happy with them. I told them via email to cancel my free service like 6 times already, November 2017 they charge 50 dollars and then I open dispute and they refund me. Today December 31 I call Amex again and they told me to block them, inst that something. I have to block ecomdash from AMEX system to stop charge on my credit card, My question is who is in charge of this company? Insanity , unprofessional , unrespect people . DO NOT CHARGE AGAIN AND ONCE AGAIN DELETE MY WHOLE INFO FROM YOUR SYSTEM.

Happy New Year! They keep charging 50 dollars on my credit card without my authorization*

Please post these in your file, because this people are dangerous , i have severals email asking them to cancel my account.

I signed up for a one month trial of ecomdash's online multi channel inventory control software service to help automate my online sales channels and create less double work for my small buisness. The normal monthly rate is $50 a month, for $25 I thought I wuld try it out and see if it would make my work load esier or not. As it turned out the automatic intergrations that they offfer did not accomidate all 3 of the marketplaces I sell on, so I decided that ecomdash would not work for me, so during the phone call with ecomdash, I told the represntative that I would need to cancel my account with them since the service they offer does not fill all of my needs. The representative said okay, no problem.

So, I thouht that my account had been closed and that further billing cycles would not continue! Turns out that my account was not closed per my request! And that ecomdash had automatic payments set up, so every month for 8 months they had been automatically takeing $50 from my account for a service that was being continued in error since I had requsted my account be closed. Mistakes happen. So I figured I wuold notify the ecomdash customer service department and explained the sitution to them. I was quite surprised when they responded stating that they are unable to give refunds becasue the service is billed as a monthly subscription for software service, and that since my account was not canceled, service was renderered, and that they dont offer refunds for software services. There were a chain of emails sent back and forth about this situation. Even though I requested service be canceled, and in error, they did not cancel the service, they will not refund me the amount that they automatically deducted from my account! The error total for 8 months of $50 service is $400.

It is horrible customer service and dishonest to refuse a refund to a customer when the amount was billed and automaticlly billed in error by the fault of ecomdash! Seems like very shady buisness practice and very wrong of them! I am in the process of filing a dispute and charge back with my credit cared company that I used to pay for the first month discounted trial. If unsucsefull I will have to bring the matter to small claims court becasue its not right for them to get away with billing people in error and then taking automatic payments when the service they are billing for is in error and should of been canceled upon request!
