I have purchased several laptops from this company off of ebay. I was sent one laptop with bad ports, and another with 20 or so dead pixels. The woman that messaged me back when I contacted the seller was rude and actually quite insulting. She wanted me to pay to ship back the defective laptops, and got very defensive. She had no remorse and took no responsibility for her listing or products. Thank god for Ebay buyer protection for theives like her I was able to return for my money back after a long struggle and wait.
I attempted to leave feedback through ebay but she threatened to buy off my store.
From what I am reading this is not the first time she has done this to her customers. Really sad actually.

Imo there are plenty of companies to by electronics from, look elsewhere.
God awful company. Owner is rude and extremely disrespectful. The laptops they sell all have defects like bad ports or bad LCD screens. She refuses to fix the problems even after proof of issues. This comp at does not care at all about customer service, or the products they put out. If you attempt to leave bad feedback she will attempt to slander your business until you remove it.
She actually made a new ebay account to purposely buy off my store to leave negative feedback when I refused to remove my review of her product. She did this 2 times and I caught her both times. Stay away at all costs. I honestly have no clue how she is still in business.
