I ordered 2 fingerling monkeys, website shows order filled on November 20, 2017, supposed to arrive within 3 days, but it has never arrived. I have sent multiple e mails and called the phone number listed, Yes, I left messages and no one has ever responded. These were Christmas presents for my granddaughters, what a let down.
I ordered fingerling monkey for $16.16. Money deducted from account and I never received anything. I have tried calling(had to leave message) and emailing with no response. I also asked for a refund by email and phone cal(left message)l, no response
On November 13, 2017 I ordered 6 Fingerlings (1 in each color) for $99.95.
I received a confirmation immediately and the money was taken from my discover card. They said a shipping number would be sent as soon as order was ready.
On November 21, I emailed them and asked about order. – no response.
On November 22, I called them (states Google member isn't available) left message 1
November 23, I called again and got same message. Left Message 2
November 29, Emailed them back and requested a refund. – and again no response.
So I have filed a report with the Better Business Bureau and Here.
I purchased 3 Finger Monkeys from East Coast Deals Outlet on November 9, 2017 I received a order confirmation and then nothing else, no merchandise, no communication, nothing! I have sent several emails asking for a estimated delivery date as well as calling them at their (352)470-0593 number several times and leaving messages on their voice mail with no response from emails or voicemails. This is wrong, my Husband and I are retired and these were to be Christmas gifts for our Grand Children we are on a fixed income we do not have extra money to give to rip off artists who claim to be a Family run company! Shame the hell on you, I hope someone can help us with this situation, They got me fo $48.47 for 3 Finger Monkeys which I never received.
I ordered 6 Fingerlings Toys from East Coast Deals Outlet for the amount of $96.25 on November 7th, 2017. As of December 6th, 2017, no shipment, and no response from 3 emails sent during this time. I looked up their address on Google Maps, and it is actually a company called Snappy Tax, a Certified Public Accountant office.

On November 8th I was sent an email that my order was being prepared for shipment.
Nothing has been sent and I have not been able to get a response after sending several emails and phone calls. They have charged my credit card and not sent the merchandise.
I ordered a fingerling Oct 27,2017 for $15.26 I have never received the toy or any correspondence from them. They took the money from my checking account on 10/30/17. The order number was 2852. Very unhappy I wanted this for my granddaughter for Christmas.
