I did a survey for Kohl's and received a free gift. I had the gift sent to a friend. I put their email and address. It winds up, this is not a free gift but a trial membership. After the 15 days I was charge $99, then $59 next month and $59 again. I never agreed to this and never got notifications because I sent it as a gift to a friend with their email. I called once I realized this and was told only a 15 day return policy. I never authorized them to charge my account. This was no free gift. I'm contacting Kohl's now, the company was rude and degrading to me. The product was awful and my friend never even used it. I am going to contact better business bureau and will do anything I can to shut this company down. How awful,,, I work paycheck to paycheck and I was ripped off over $200.
