You will also notice my concerns no one will answer to my request to location of the 2017 DRV Mobile Suites M-40KSSB4 5th Wheel VIN: 5KEAG4224H1343214.
Throughout the document you will notice Deceptive Trade Practice, Bad Faith, False Pretenses, Misrepresentation, False Advertisement, Breach of Contract, Breach of Warranty, Violation of the Service & Repair Act, possibility of Collusion between parties involved, etc.
The Recreation Vehicle business is a BILLION-Dollar industry that has NO Government oversight. The Bureau of Consumer Protection Federal Trade Commission is a joke! No one will challenge the Recreation Vehicle manufactures (THOR Industries).
I have to ask at what point does the government agencies that are paid by our TAX dollars wake up and do their jobs! I have reached out to several agencies and all I get is we can’t help you.
I have contacted many attorney’s all claiming I have a good case, but they don’t want a contingency agreement. I can only assume this is because THOR Industries will drag it out due to their deep pockets.
