I know for certain he deliberatly shielded an attorney , and an entire gangstalking operation by not firing Michelle M Quierolo and or Aminder Singh when he heard about a court case and or entrapment they were planning approx 2 years ago, in 2017 .
I know for certain Drew Aresca heard about this because a coworker of mine who is also a cousin in law, told me his name. See, as hard is this is to believe, I am being extorted out of my identity by a group of individuals that are connected to one side of my family. They not only gave permission to a group of people to use my social security # for a corporation in Fremont that I have never worked at to say I've worked there( There was a lawsuit that resulted in me even getting mailed a check proving it )
They gave permission without my permission, as something like a 10 year old ( I'm 31 now ) for Michelle, Aminder, and my uncle in law a Newark Police officer, to gangstalk me in every aspect for the rest of my life, until if and when I somehow change everything.
Here's the catch- There's a judge involved in it. The judge asked my father, to twist my neck sideways as a kid so that I would be slow.
As an adult i'm at the end of beating resulting scoliosis. I dont have a criminal record but when I was younger, My family with the help of Michelle and her friends allowed me to be gangstalked all throughout school, at every job I'm at, they even attack branches of my bank trying to ee if they can use my story to get " In."
My uncle in law, Karl Geser of Newark Police, put me in a trap that he promoted loudly for years to 100's of people . I wrote about the circumstances on an article like this attached to his name. A Month later , a girl who I had met when I was younger at the same house as Michelle, My Uncle, and the judge, lied and said that I hit her to get me in jail, so that I could move through what everyone set me up for , what the judge called " a controlled court case," whereon everyone just tells this same story to see if it blocks my rights.
SO Drew Aresca, he knew about this in advance. I wrote him while I was in jail ( I didnt get charges btw , I dont think they can go that far because of the nature of this) complaining about not wanting Michelle on my case because of her involvement, because she acted as a surrogate prosecutor and even used a M.D. that I worked with at a restaurant to say that I was crazy for accusing them all of prior association.
This is just a big power move for them. Drew Knew this, but rather then uphold the law, he not only didnt fire Michelle and AMinder, he withheld his speech and knowledge from the Commission on Judicial performance . Drew as a leader, as a chief trial investigator, failed the people of the state of california by not breaking a chain of some of the craziest most occult psycopaths that would be found as such if a fair poll actually went out to taxpayers unbiased, by not demanding an attorney, without prior association be assigned to me through the public defenders, and or, using the information he had, and or , denying that he had information, and or just enabling this circuit in any way like he expressed interest in doing.
