I Donnie W Montieth visited dr Cieplak in Laplata MD ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO and I went to his home for a tooth extraction and a implant six months later he put 2 teeth in lower left of mouth and 3 to 6 months later he install 4 teeth in upper right of mouth then a short time later the 2 lower teeth he installed came loose and he had to redo them and wanted to charge me for the second repair. I went almost always to his teeth cleaner but teeth never got any whiter and now in the past 8 months i have had two top teethbroke off. Now i need to have what he did redone I don't know what I will have to do but Dr.Cieplak charged me $9400.00 dollars for I feel for nothing and I feel I should get a refund because his work was very badly performed.
