I received an automatic shipment of the joint advantage gold supplement. I had been on the supplement for 3 months with no noticeable improvement so I called to cancel further shipments and I returned latest shipment per instructions from the company. After 2 months I still hadn't received credit back on my account. I called customer sevice and they had trouble retrieving my account information and said they showed no record of a return. This was in August of 2015, and I have not received reimbursement yet, nor any responses from my repeated attempts to contact customer services by email. I will never purchase anything from this company again and I would discourage anyone else unless you have money to throw away.
They have a great return policy which they don't honor anyway. I have bought quite a few orders from this site until one order that my family tried & didn't like so we ordered another version on Dr Williams site & returned the whole order, even the gifts. First I had to call them because they only refunded partial refund. Then when I called them, they said that they would refund the balance which was approx. $85.oo. I've never gotten the refund of the balance. I have contacted customer service several times & they did not even respond not one time. I will never buy from this site again. They are scam artists.
Won't answer my customer service emails & never refunded items that were returned even though I even returned the gifts. Scam
