I booked treatment date for facial rejuvenation and paid in full at first meeting (prime mistake) then I waited for the day while counting hours and when the day arrived and I was about to enter the clinic, I received a call from Dr Adam's assistant that my treatment is postponed due to some personal issues.
It shocked me that they didn't bother letting me know at least a day before and I wasted time & money at that day.
After that started a trail of deceit and lies, they wasted almost a month of my time and I was forced to book with another clinic to get the treatment done.
I got my money back from them after more than two months but I still can't understand why they do this to anyone.
