We ordered 3 podiatry chairs from this company back in Dec 2021. When we purchased them, they said they were in great condition and operational. Upon arrival all three chairs were very dirty, and definitely not great condition. You could tell they had been really used. (really scratched up, I understand they are used, but dont say great condition.) In addition, one of the chairs did not work AT ALL, and another arm broke within a couple of weeks. We communicated with them about the broken chair and they had someone come look at it. This engineer tried to fix the chair, however it was unsuccessful. (it took forever for them to send parts for it) The attempt was Aug 2022 when the engineer said it can not be fixed and he would let the company know. Since then I have heard nothing from them, so finally I reached out (January 2023 )asking for a PARTIAL refund as this chair was never operational and its been a year and a half. They have refused, and said they would send out another chair if we would pay shipping costs. (Florida to Canada) I advised we didnt need another chair as we purchased a different chair from a different company as we couldnt go a year and half without an operational chair, plus I did not want to spend more money on a chair that might not work. They said they would not do it. I was emailing with Michael Loughan, who said it was the manager that gave him this solution. I asked for the Manager to reach out to Me directly, and I have yet to hear back. Its been 10 days.
