As others have stated I purchased the software the end of April. Was sent a key code. Try downloading. Doesn't work. Tried downloading several times. Now MS Word states that I have an inactive code. I have emailed, no response. I tried the tollfree number. States it is not a working number. I also tried the toll line 202 area; says they cannot take my call and to try chatting through their website. So I am screwed. Will only purchase items through a store now. Doubtful I will get my money back. Will also be filing with the Ohio Attorney General. They have assisted me with one other problem and they got immediate results. I would recommend that people file a complaint with their states attorney general for assistance.
I should have searched this company before i purchased the Microsoft Office download that never expires. Well, it can never be activated. What you receive is a free month long trial after you download the software and an activation code. The code is no good - cannot be activated online or by telephone. If you attempt to call Download Instant or chat with them, you never get through to anyone.
The credit card charge comes through as MYAP in Clearwater, FL.
I purchesed and downloaded Microsoft Office Home And Student 2016 lifetime in March from DownloadInstant.com. The product code they gave me was fraudulant or stolen according to Microsoft.Therfore it will not install on my computer. I have e-mailed them several times and they will not respond, also the phone number on their website is no longer a working number. I have ask for a refund but again, no responce from them. I do hope no one else buys from this company.
Purchased MS Office Pro Plus ($99.99) Aprill 12, 2018 and was sent key code which turned out to be invalid. Since then all attempts to contact them via their phone numbers, email support address, or chat have been in vain.
I purchased Microft Home and Student 2016 and the code that was sent is invalid.
I have emailed them repeatedly. The phone number doesn't seem to be valid either.
I really should have done my due diligence with this, but I didn't. I paid $59.99 for a Windows 10 upgrade to Pro from these scammers, and the software doesn't work, and neither does the key. I have emailed them and messaged them several times, with no response. I am going to notify Microsoft of them as well as call my credit card company to get my money back.

I purchased downloadable version of Microsoft Office 2016 Professional (Lifetime License) via downloadinstant.com. After creating an account, selecting my items for purchase and paying with my credit card, I was given the License code at checkout. After downloading the software, I was prompted to enter the Product Key with the option to activate via internet or by phone. I had no success using either method. The download key I have is not a valid key. I was able to use the product for 30-days without activation. However, my repeated efforts to activate the software with Microsoft had failed. I cannot use this product as it is now "unlicensed". I sent download instant an email requesting help and I've called . No response. I have filed a Purchase Dispute with my credit card company. I did not get what I paid for.
I paid with a credit card for a download of Microsoft Office Home and Student 2016. I received the download but did not receive a legitimate key to actvate the program. The program is only good for 5 days without activation. The werbsite promised a lifetime license activation. The support phone number is not a working number and there is no response to the online support. They have stolen my money. I made multiple attampts to call the minutedownload number and got the same response each time. The phone is answered by automation claiming they are experiencing too many calls and I was to try the www,minutedownload.com site. It is bogus also.
I bought the wrong version of a microsoft office student/ home version. I needed a refund and they told me to order the correct version and then they would give me a refund. I told them i just wanted my money back and they said all they could give me is 80% back. Im still waiting on my refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !!!
As far as i am concerned this is not a reputible company because you cannot even get in touch with them. I do not know if they are a scam, but i would like to be able to get my money back from this company. Any thing you could do to help me would be appreciated. I do not know what else to do.
I purchased the Microsoft Office Pro Plus download. Download went smoothly and no problem until activation pop-ups started. Each time I tried to activate, I received an error message that says "we're sorry, something went wrong and we can't do this for you right now. Please try again later (error code # xC004C060). When I googled this code, it states "your product key is no longer valid. ... If you bought a product key separate from the software, it's very possible the product key was stolen or otherwise fraudulently obtained, and subsequently blocked for use". I have also tried the phone activation option but to no avail, as it states the product key cannot be verified. When I call the 800 # it states you've reached a number that is not currently set up to receive calls. The chat/email option does not work as no one gets back to you. I would just like a refund of my purchase and for the site to be reported and taken down.
1-29-18 Paid for two copies of windows 10 Pro and one of Office 10 Pro. On email from with License for Office 2010 and two emails with download links to the programs {Office_Pro_2010_TechG_English_x32.exe} and another to web pages with "help". The Windows 10 were not the PRO version and there is no accompanying Licensing. The Office 2010 software just says "The installation of this package failed" The Phone number; 1-844-350-5295 says "Not taking incoming calls" The Web site; MinuteDownload.com can not be reached.
Company charged me $18.97 to download a copy of Windows 7. I attempted to download three times, each got a Failed error message. I tried to contact company to request a refund. There was no response.

I had the same problem. After the first failed attempt to input the code, I returned to the CHAT facility and reported the problem. Through an email, the company sent me another validation code, which did not work. Also, not working -- the CHAT vacility, the 800 number and both emails listed on the web page. I contacted my credit card immediately. Once the charge went through, I called the credit card company again and reported a fraudelent transaction. The credit card company removed the charge.
I have documentation to back up all of my interaction with this company. I DARE this company to refute my claim of FRAUD! This transaction occurred December 18, 2017.
I purchased Microsoft Office 2016, download of the program was instant. Upon receipt, I was locked out of my existing program and unable to validate with Microsoft. MS said it was an invalid validation code. Tried calling the company, their number "is not set up to receive calls", and of course their "chat" line is never available and no one returns emails. I used my AMEX card and just filed a report with AMEX. They were surprised to see the charge went through "immediately", and will credit me back because I never received what I paid for. AMEX said they will begin an investigation as well into the company. don't buy from this company, and call your credit card company and file a fraud report with them. You and me don't have any clout, the credit card companies do.
Ordered two copies of Microsoft Office Home & Student 2016 Lifetime license - Instant Download from downloadinstant.com on 12/24/17. They sent me two emails: the first with the two license codes and the second showing the order and the amount.
We downloaded the software, which is just a free / trial version until you unlock it with the activation / license code. The license code did not work. In the upper right side of the error box, it shows the error codeL 0xC004C. If you go to the microsoft website https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Error-code-0xC004C060-when-activating-Office-cf330f5a-eb59-4f30-a0d7-554a6076c910 it shows that code as indicating that the license code is invalid because it has already been used.
So we called downloadinstant.com at their listed number of 1 844-350-5295. That gets you a message that states "You have reached a number that has not currently set up to receive calls.". We tried for hours to get the software to activate, but are unable. Since it is a trial version, it will work for 29 days, but we can not activate it. SO.. we are going straight to the bank with a written request to have the charges removed.
Highly recommend that you not deal with this website.22
