Signed up to use their services, ran into a problem configuring DNS. After setting up an account and paying their fees, they then refused support and demanded more money to help get their services running, when I complained about the support and asked to be escalated, they cancelled the account. Additional discussion and data revealed they had a configuration problem on their end that 2 seconds of cooperation would have solved, but they instead were belligerant and uncooperative and insisted on trying to scam more money out of me and charge for additional services. I found a competing company that charges 1/10th the money (buddydns). Glad I found out how horrible their support/staff is before I spent more than a week using their services.
