My company Trusty Trucking, LLC; delivered these gaming machines on the date indicated on the Bill of Lading with no issue.
The rates were $1.37 per mile loaded and $1.00 per mile empty agreed by both parties. Company Check #7730 were written by CEO/Chrissy Alvarez Smith upon on my return for this amount $3865.39. This company check #7730 was deposited on 05-13-2016 and returned to me by Wells Fargo Bank 05-14-2016 with "INSUFFICIENT FUNDS". I am seeking restitution for my lost from Maricopa County Attorney's Office. I am suing for 3 times the amount for punitive damages.
