When I called Jerry to follow up on a repair order that I made 3 hours earlier for a broken refrigerator, he was immediately rude. Said he was working as fast as he could and that I needed to wait my turn, that I would hear from his office. when I explained that my home warranty company, Nation's Home Warranty, had referred me and gave me his number to follow up on an ETA he escalated rapidly, he became very hostile, acreaming and threatening. I called Nation's back to complain and request another contractor. Do not use Diversified Residential Services (or Nations Home Warranty - they have been horrible on other occassions as well. They use the cheapest, worse contractors who place you at the back of the line because Nations doesn't pay well - one of the HVAC contractors actually told me this.)
