Dimension stole my furniture after moving out, while I went through a difficult situation in a foreign country. I attempted to have friends in Seattle move my furniture out and pick it up from storage. Dimension never stored the furniture. The building claims it "left my furniture outside". It is illegal to do so without storing it, but beside that - it is obvious the staff stole the furniture. They did not put it outside. They looted and pillaged. The staff at Dimension, managed by Tara Harris and Stephanie Gaswint, are ultra unprofessional. The night staff are often out partying within the building, rather than doing their jobs as concierges/front desk.
The building is surrounded by drug addicts and homeless people - it is a dangerous neighborhood. Dimension staff regularly deal with break-ins, as well as acting similarly to the world outside their building.
It is sad that Dimension staff did not fully cooperate with the police when needed.
The actions of Dimension violate multiple laws in Seattle RCW - and constitute theft. It is unconscionable that a professional management company would do this. I highly recommend you avoid Dimension, as management is dishonest and skirts the law.
