I have been a very good customer to DietDoc.com. I have ordered multiple times for a lot of money. But then they booked my credit card twice without my authorization, without talking to me and without sending me any "order” /products. The bookings were very high for USD 1158.00.- and USD 1741.00.-!!
I was calling them, emailing and contacting my credit card. They never called me back even though they realized this was never authorized by me. (The record every call apparently) One booking was charged back by my credit card company but the other one I never saw back. It’s a lot of money and that’s absolutely criminal!!!! I recommend never ever order anything from this company!!
Cancelled before shipment. Weeks went by. Followed up with Mike for a status on the refund and that my next stop would be reach out to my bank. Got a text back telling me to go ahead and do what I need to do to get me refund because they don't use their bank Chase anymore. What? On a separate note, he was also supposed to refund me $10 for diet pills I did buy and were shipped to match the price the company sells via Amazon. Mike, the salesman never followed up on that either.
