Arrive late. Had a guy that was on his first day (he told me this). Broke my tv in the move. They also demanded more money on the spot or they stop working/take your stuff. They act like the crooks they are. You won't see any return and they will lie through their teeth. Just stay away from this mob at all costs!

When contacted via phone, Diana removals appear friendly and helpful. However on the day, a team from Shelly Removaks representing Diana Removals arrived (1 and a half hours late)... they packed up my home and removed me from Melbourne to Deniliquin.
Although it took me 3.5 hours to drive to Deniliquin, it took them 5 and although l was quoted a cost of $1800 for the move; these thugs demanded an extra cash in hand payment of $700 to cover expenses like the extra hours taken to drive from one location to the next; for packing materials (quoted $40, but they demanded $90); tolls to get to and from their main Depot.
Despite repeated requests for a receipt; to date (almost a month post move) l still have not received it and items from my home have gone missing from the move.

To anyone thats considering these guys to do your move. Don't do it. Cheap doesn't necessarily mean good and these guys will squeeze as much money from you as possible.
