She will charge you a fee of $2500 dollars. She will tell you to make modified payments to her which she will say will go into an escrow account which will go into your principal balance at the end of the modification. This is all a lie. There is no escrow account she is going to steal your money. She is an old 45 year old woman with 3 kids and no life.
