I purchased a 600 dollar firearm for my fiance. A pink 9mm to be exact. I was assured by the employee that there would be no issue with the licensing as long as she wasn't on probation and had no felonies. I informed them that she was possibly on informal probation "would that be an issue" the told me probably not but just in case keep your receipt of you are denied to get your money back. Well she was denied so when we showed our receipt to get our 600 dollars back they told me they would be keeping 50% for restocking which the gun never left the display case from where we picked it out. And that the remaining 300 dollars would go toward s store credit that we could purchase something from the store and we had limited time to use and had to use all at once. So basically they are trying to sell me some crap that they paid 12% Of the worth for 300 bucks. I feel that I have been cheated out of my hard earned cash and I don't know how to go about it.
