First and Foremost we had scheduled a day to have her take photos.. She didnt show up. Then after ignoring our phone calls she continued to call my house at midnight consistantly until 1 am..
Ladies and Gentlemen do not hire this horrible photographer there are many more professional vendors with a clean background that can provide a top notch level of service.
This lady isn't not proffesional, she gave me blurry pictures, and horrible 30 min video,she is a snake, we paid so much money for our pictures, we are so mad .
do not book this person. She has been sued before for breech of contract and for taking peoples money without providing any work or product. She's a liar. Has no customer service skills. She bashes her clients on social media. She thinks that negative reviews, even a news report on her negativity, is making her famous. her best interest is not in her work but in the money she steals from you. And she knows how the system works and knows you won't get a refund if you cancel, so in the end, the client loses thousands of dollars and even the memories because she doesn't provide the product. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SO CALLED PHOTOGRAPHER!!!
I would not give this girl 1 star. She's very unprofessional, rude and ghetto. I had family pics done by her and they were very dark and looked like they were taken by phone. They look nothing special. All the money I spend I could of gone to jcpenney. They take better pictures.
Many competitors hate how successful Desiree is and how booked she is. I wouldn't be surprised at how this may be that girl Melisa Mclnnis who has hated how good of a photographer Desiree is. Once again another hateful photographer trying to bash and make up lies on Desiree.
