I ordered the free trial of Dermallure Shipping charges $ 4.95 Also another item called skin essentials.

Skin essentials was also a $ 4.95 trial.

My credit company informed me that I was being charged $95.00 for these items.

I would never order these for such prices , since I could not afford to do so. Funny, I have no phone numbers to call this company. Hope you can help. Only have ref. number 176729

I am an elderly woman whom is disabled and living on disability. When I signed up for the free trial of an amazing cream called DERMALLURE..I ordered it for the $4.95 shipping only price. They added another product also and I paid the shipping for that. Then one week later I recieved the cream and a week after that an invoice email for $94.96 and also $94.92 which were funds withdrawn from my account without my permission. The money taken out left me penniless and was my food money for the month of March. I called my bank in California immediately and informed them that this withdrawal was made without my consent or knowledge. They closed my card at the bank,..and that left me with no acct card or food or food money.

I called DERMALLURE customer service and was treated very rudely,.even as I cried that I now could not eat. They put me on hold a number of times,..and dropped my call a number of times and after 2 hours of begging and crying,..the rep BOBBY,..told me he would help me out by cancelling any future shipments!!!I was incredulous and was then put on hold and transferred to a new person who was extremely rude to me. Finally they said that since I had started a FRAUD investigation and dispute of the charges that I would need to initiate a 3 way conference call to my bank and all of us be on the line together,..which I did. They promptly put me on hold for 20 minutes and my bank could no longer hang on.

I then called them back and the phone was answered by ERIC. Eric informed me that since I had initiated a bank investigation that they could no longer speak with me. I told them they should be ashamed of themselves for their misleading advertising and that I was going to post their treatmant of me and their SCAM to the BBB and FCC and yes,.an Attorney. I also told them I would be putting this out to the media. This is a HUGE DECEPTION on the general public,..and needs to be reported on mainstream news.

PLease investigate this skin cream FRAUD.

THank you, a hungry disabled duped customer.

I purchased the products both anti-aging Dermallure and Skin Essentials in February 2017. As alreported by others on this website, I was lured by the supposed $4.95 trial price for each. Nothing was mentioned about the additional $100.00 each for these products unless I acted immediately and returned both products. No return address or invoice was enclosed in the packaging or this disclosure.

There were the two charges for $4.95 for each product on my credit card. However, I did not have enough credit on my credit card for the other charges to be cleared. thank goodness!

There was a website to cancel the membership, however, this cannot be achieved from that website, it states it is "temporary unavailable". I sent a reply to the customer service @my demallure.com email requesting the so-called membership be cancelled immediately. I also told them I would dispute the charges with my credit card company should they try to tap the card again. I will cancel the card as lost or stolen.

If I had had fore knowledge of the price of each of these products, I would NEVER had ordered the trial. This is a real rip off.

DON'T fall for this trial. You are joining a monthly product promotion.

apparently there was a rip off report from 2014 so these folks are fooling the public really well. UGH!

I had an allergic reaction to the products (serum and cream) and the customer service agent claimed I was LYING because they have never had any such calls before. They refused to give me a refund for the trial products and proceeded to charge me for auto shipments I never authorized orders for. When I called to receive a refund, the agent rambled on about how they would not stay in business if they complied with customers' request for refunds! I told them they'll go out of business BECAUSE they're not fulfilling requests! They also promptly pointed me to a legal disclosure about how they're "protected." They're more concerned about being "protected" than they are taking care of customers. I highly advise you NOT to bother ordering the products. They caused an allergic reaction on my skin, refused to refund money, then proceeded to play games about partial refunds that increased the longer you stayed on the phone. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. Plenty of other good products with excellent customer service. This product and company are SCAMS.

So after looking online for some good skin care products I come across this Dermallure which is brought out by or used by Christy Brinkley... Anyways so it says trial 4.95$ so I think wow not bad then.... Boom I'm charged 92.88 twice for both of the skin care products. Not cool I didn't authorize that. I never read anything like that and I don't want anything else shipped out to me... I can't contact customer service cause they only work Mon-Fri 9-5!!! I want my money back asap tomorrow....

I ordered the Dermallure creams, used them a few times but did not like them. They turned my face all red. A month later I get this box in the mail and it's more Dermallur cream. I was mad I didn't order this or give my ok. I went right to the computer to get ahold of someone or an address where I can sent this box back, and I found out I had a membership. This was a surprise to me,

I only ordered once and there was nothing about signing up to get product when they wanted to send it. There was on the website a button that you could click and cancel your membership, but guess what it wasn't working. I did get a phone number and a place to return my package, I hope this works because a day after I tried to get back on the same website and I couldn't find it. Just Beware

I received the package on march 10 and there was nothing on the packing on the packing invoice that stated what i should do if i wanted to cancel or return the product, but to my surprise my acct. was debited on march 22 without any warning for $94.16. If in fact i had been told before, i surely would have not sprent that kind of money. This is a very deceptive scam and people "beware".

I was lured by this company with a trial for ordering their product for $4.95. there was never a mention of long the trial was to be or what to do after the "trial".

I received this package on march 10th; there was nothing on the packing slip that stated what to do if i wanted to cancel the trial and/or return the product.

By march 22nd to my surprise and without warning I was charged $94.16. If I had been informed that this going to happen for this amount, I would "never" have ordered this product.

Further when I tried to go back to the web sight, whenever I clicked on any arrow to see if maybe I had missed something it would immediately take me to another "different" product. This a very deceptive scam and people should "beware".

I ordered Dermallure and Skin Essentials for the trail period. I was unaware that I needed to call within 14 days or I would be charged over 94.00 for each product. I called 15 days later and was told that my money would not be refunded!!! It is not clear anywhere on their website that it has to be cancelled quickly. Do not order from this company!!

First of all, it does not work and secondly entirely too expensive for nothing!! Customer Service will not work with you or let you explain the situation. Very expensive lesson learned!!

I ordered 1 product dermallue on 03/05/16,which was advertised as women discovers beauty secret to help reduce winkles and dark circles under eyes by using this product. it also advertised a 30 day free trial, and you will not get bill full price for the product if returned before 30 day trial period! i as sent the skin essentials and billed for s/h even though both products were sent at same time in same box: i was charged 94.96 for dermallue and 94.92 for skin essentials after only having products for 14 days; contacted co from ph# on credit union statement, custh svc rep stated on 03/23/16 that i will not get a refund on either product because i failed to call in to cancel before the 14 day trial period according to contract they had my order under! therefore not only am i being ripped off, i was not given enough time to try the product: i asked to speak to a supervior or manager and was told they were not available at the time, i feel i am being run a game on and scammed! never received any materials or ads from the co for comment about product in the box shipped on 03/09/16 from the co according to print out from post office i do not appreciate the run arround and deceptive business dealings !! i will not order nothing else online just cant trust people !

Then later the same day were two different charges for 94.96 of course I was in complete shock because nowhere in the lengthy advertisement did it say anything about 94.96 , all it says is order your free trial today the 4.95 is for shipping . I still have not received any additional bottles of cream , it has been about a month now since I placed my trial order. This company should stipulate that you will be charged an additional 200.00 dollars spin ordering your FREE trial. I really hope I at least receive my bottles I paid for and am very scared to see what size they are for that much money it should be at least a 3 month supply for both creams.

A $4.95 trial offer cost me $189.84! the company rep would not refund my money and said that was the cost of each item and it was not a $4.95 trial offer! what a rip off company. Someone needs to investigate this !

BEWARE !!! This company airs a video on Facebook and on the internet in other places showing a woman with wrinkles. They smear this product on her face and the wrinkles disappear. Then they offer you this product for just the cost of shipping - $4.95 which a credit card is required. Then unbeknownst to you they have signed you up for a "membership". The $4.95 charge shows up on your bank statement then several days later they charge your credit card $94.96 EACH MONTH !! They send you this 0ne ounce bottle of this cream once a month. You are NOT getting the product you see being used on the video. That product is made and sold by an entirely different company., called Instantly Ageless.

When you call the the Dermallure company to complain they have some of the meanest people they can hire to deal with the complaints. They tell you that when you accepted the Dermallure you had 15 days to cancel the membership. If you didn't then they will not refund your money back. These nasty women that hung up me 3 times when I would not accept a full refund. They finally offered me 35% of my money back (2 payments of $94.96)...then they offered 75% of one payment back and I had to send back the product unopened and pay a $9.95 re-stocking fee. OH..and you must ship back at your own exprense.

On my 4th call (in a row because the 1st girl kept hanging up on me) I finally got a supervisor (first girl said there was no supervisor available).. This nasty woman was heartless. She finally offered $128.00 of my nearly $200.00 back and I needed to send back the products. I accepted because after a whole hour of trying to resolve this I was about in tears.

I still need to pack up send the product back and after cathcing both women in several lies I have no idea is I will actually get a refund. My bank wasn't much help because it's a ligitimate company.

As you can see there are MANY complaints about the same problem I had with this company. It was a very expensive lesson for me to learn. They are not only misleading customers by using a completely other product to sell their own product they are ripping people off by misleading advertising never telling them that this is a actually a membership you are signing up to.

Everyone who has complained says the same thing...They NEVER saw any wording about a membership. They advertised on Facebook yet when you try to find them on Facebook they do not have a FB page.

Ordered a trial bottle of dermallure anti-aging serum on line, received trial bottle, another bottle arrived in the mail charging my card $94.96. Did not authorized charge and this was never disclosed in ad.

Dermallure uses false advertizing on their web site. They offer a skin product trial for $4.95. After you type in all your cc info and address, there is a tiny paragraph at the bottom that states if the product is not returned within 2 weeks you will be charged a recurrent amt. of $94.96 each month. After reading that I did not push the order button. Instead, I deleted all my information and another sign came up saying I did not finish placing the order. Two days later I received the product with no return address, no phone number. I tried to find the web site again with no luck. 10 days later they deducted $94.96 from my bank account. When I called them to cancell on the 12th day, they refused to return my money. Instead they offered to give me back only $30. I refused and told them I wanted a full refund. They refused and so I told them I would contact the BBB and they said "Do what you need to do. We are not giving you your money back." This company is a scam and their product does not work. They send you one ounce and charge you a total of $100.00 and if you don't cancel you will expect to be charged $100 a month indefinately for a useless product. I talked to two different people and both were rude. I used my debit card. They did say they would cancel any future payments but that's yet to be seen. I will have to close out my bank account and open a new one to make sure they don't steal more money from me next month.
