Announcement: Beware of any business dealings with The Radio Silence a Colorado based band and the lead of the band, Scott Walker. Mr. Walker had approached me in August 2015 for consulting and branding purposes of his newly found group, after lengthy discussions regarding what their plan of action would have to entail, 13 hours of consulting over the course of 9 months and a fourth request on April 19th by Mr. Walker to move forward with the initial web development of his band's site and the Press Kit, The Radio Silence and Mr. Walker still refused to pay the invoice due for the products requested. As previously discussed in August 2015, I was explicit in stating numerous times that the band would need a minimum of 2-3 months prior to releasing any music for an effective branding campaign (separate from any Public Relations campaign) to be successful for the launch of their music release.
To date, not only has The Radio Silence and Mr. Walker refused to pay the invoice for the EPK and website which was payable due upon receipt as noted below, Mr. Walker and his band have subsequently ignored the consulting invoice for the 13 hours I have consulted for their branding plan of action, review of the band's names, social media domains, web domain, bios, etc. It was clearly discussed in August 2015, that should Mr. Walker decide to move forward with the web development and buildout, as well as the Electronic Press Kit, that I would waive the consulting fee, as I would be able to appropriately represent them moving forward with concise products of the branding of their band. However, since Mr. Walker and The Radio Silence had defaulted and refused to pay the April 2016 invoice for a website and EPK as discussed, the 13 hours consulting invoice is now past due with a late fee and to date, has also been ignored by Mr. Walker, his band and management.
