DentLight company sold to me a defective loope light i needed for work . I paid DentLight $416.50
Dentlight is trying to keep 30% re stoking fee . According to Dentlight it has passed 30 days for me to get the full refund. But what this company is not saying is that they shipped this product 3 wks later from the date i paid For it which it was may 4. i received the product until May31 . My credit card was billed may 4 . I immediately contacted Dentlight to report the loope light was not working . Dent light sent me a new adaptor on June 2 which still did not work. and i returned everything to dentLight by june 10. Dent light is giving the wrong information to the credit card company saying that they recieved incomplete parts and that the equipment was badly damage. I personally packed the equipment in the original box it was sent to me by dentLight. DentLight is just trying to steel money from me.
