Once they got my money I called them and email them asking for my receipt it took me two weeks finally they sent the invoice then I asked for my tracking information it was back in October 21 2016 and I never received tracking info they were very rude on the phone didn't even let me talk they made me wait more that an hour and then hung up on me all the times I call so I found that they were the same company daxmart and accessory packages they have different numbers but the same people answer the phone I ordered in daxmart and accessory packages was the company that got paid they are a ripoff of course I never received the camera I cancelled the order and not response

I searched the internet for a Nikon camera and found the lowest price on daxmart.com. When I went to the site it gave me a code to enter for an additional 5% off. I entered it, the site gave me the discount and my order went through. The price of the camera was $449 and with the 5% off it came to $426.

The next day I got a voicemail to call them. The caller ID on my phone said "Unknown" so I should have known something was up by that.

The guy just wanted to go through my order with me. He asked me if I wanted a batter with longer life, which was only $20 more, so I said yes. Then he said it would be $599.00. When I asked him about the $426 that was confirmed on his website he said the 5% off was only for wire transfers--the site did not say that anywhere and it applied the discount to my internet order. He said the camera didn't come with a battery or charger--the $449 was just the camera.

When I told him that that's not what the site advertised, he kept arguing with me and I said I didn't want the camera for $599. Unfortunately, my call was dropped then.

When I called back and said I wanted to talk about my order he simply said "Your order has been cancelled. Goodbye."

I was disgusted with the way this company does business. Don't let people place orders online only to then contact them and say "just kidding on the price."

Don't fall for this scam!!

I ordered a camera package because Daxmart had the best price and accessories. When I received the invoice the total was $60 higher than I had paid and the options I ordered were not included. I called the company and they tried to make me pay the higher amount and if I did not agree they threatened to charge me a 15% restocking fee. I tried to explain my point and they hung up on me. The person I spoke to was rude and pushy and not interested in helping me get what I had ordered for the price I had paid. Moral of the story for me is that it might be better to order from a reputable company than to save a few dollars.

This place is an absolute SCAM!!!

First of all, what they are selling for the listed $1899 is a counterfeit knock-off version of the Panasonic HC-X1000. This has been verified by the corporate headquarters of Panasonic and they are not an authorized reseller for Panasonic nor is this product an actual Panasonic camcorder.

My dealings with the 1 employee in Franklin, New Jersey answering the phone was very unpleasant. He was an absolute jerk when I was just trying to ask a couple of basic questions and told me to call back if I wanted to place an order, then hung up on me. Fortunately he was a jerk, and that led me to do some research on this company, in which I found hundreds and hundreds (if not thousands) of Scam Alerts and negative reviews of people paying for products that they never received or getting counterfeit products.

The parent company states that it is based out of the UK and does a pretty good job of hiding their real identity. The address that they list is actually for a shoe store called Camper.

Got an email on July 30, 2015 saying my refund would post within 73 hours. Today is Aug 19, 2015 and I called the number I have and talked to Roger, a very dislikeable man, who made more excuses and got quit short with me. Roger also informed me that the company was actually in London, England and he could only forward my messages to them,

I ordered a camera via the internet from a company called Daxmart. They sent me an e-mail stating that to complete the order a representative would have to speak with me prior to placing the order. Should have known then but I called and talked to a rep, don't remember his name, who informed me the camera I ordered was an inferior model made in Japan, gray market product, and for a few more dollars he could upgrade me to the real Nikon camera. Of course I went with the program and added a couple hundred to the cost of the camera. This is the classic bait and switch tactic used by many less than honest companies.

The camera never did arrive but the bill I got was for a different camera altogether. I called and canceled the order and this was July 9th, approximately. Did not hear anything for a time so I called again and was told they would look into the problem and get back to me. Did not hear a word so I called again around the 28th of July and was told they would look into it again. Then on July 30th I received an e-mail stating that I would receive my refund within 48 to 72 hours. How exciting. Today is August 19th and I once again called and talked to Roger. Seems like a lot of people are talking to him because he wasn't in a good mood and I did not improve it. This is when good ole Roger informed me the company was actually in London, England and to give them time to sort it out. Then he hung up on me.

I don't know how many people will see this but I hope enough to put them out of business. Do not order anything from Daxmart period.
