My 16yr old daughter bought a wax kit in Sep'17 that never worked from the day it arrived. She contacted them and they told her there were no refunds for the product. They went on 3 months later to charge her 5 times in the month of Dec'17 totallying $300 in unauthorized charges. The bank will investigate but only after we attempt to get resolution on our own. Their email yesterday bounced on their server, today another maill appears to be going through. I wish my daughter would have asked me about this purchase first, they have no telephone and their email is to a gmail account. I would never have allowed her to purchase through them the information on the website does not appear to be as a reputable company.

E-mail says if you have a problem to reply to the e-mail, but e-mails won't go through. I go online and there is no location or phone number. Says will be shipped from United States, but after digging, everything I can find is in Chinese or something.

My original order was in mid November and the order finally came. But in December so far there have been 5 charges to my debit card for $59.99 each. I can see by this website and others that this is a scam. I've notified several reporting agencies and now here. Beware! Watch your accounts for this name and this amount of charges.
I purchased a full body pillow from Dav Beauty on November 25, 2017. I have gotten email telling me they took my money and that they confirm my order. I received an email saying they shipped the purchase and when I go to look up the tracking information they never gave me a tracking number and when I click on the button the view my order it comes up to a page that doesn't exist. I can't find a number to contact anyone. The customer has no way of getting their noney back.

Dav Beauty removed unauthorized funds from my account without my authorization, for the amount if $59.99 twice on the same day, when I tried to contact the company about the bogus charges, all emails were returned, stating they were invalid, there is not a phone number listed for this company at all, I just want my funds returned!!
