DatabaseUSA Reviews

On August 25th, I spoke with Jesse Dillon, at Database USA. He was supposed to send me mailing labels for various Businesses, that I was going to mail to. I immediately rec'd his request for payment thru my email, and paid him $450.00.

Almost 3 weeks later, I was still waiting for my delivery. I called Jesse Dillon, and asked were my labels were. He put me on hold, and then told me that my labels had been returned by the Post Office, due to an incorrect address. That seemed odd, because he read me the correct address. I also wondered why he didn't have the courtesy to call me, to tell me there was a problem (if in fact, the labels were really returned by the Post office).

On Sept 14th, I asked him to overnight the labels to me, because of the delivery problem. He emailed me back the next day, and said that he just sent the labels by Priority Mail. Today, October 11th, almost a month later, I still have never received my mailing labels.

I contacted the BBB to see if they could help me. The BBB contacted Database USA, but they have never received a response.

Database USA is a rip off ... don't give them any of your money!!!

I purchased a mailing list from US Data Corp on May 4, 2016 at a cost of $140. The list was to include 860 households in 2 zip codes 55301 and 55362 that had children age 0-3 in the household. The list was for Life In Christ Preschool my employer. A list was rendered to our church in email. We printed mailing labels from this list to affix to postcards. While pasting on labels we pulled 26 addresses from the list that were our own church members who had children that were in college or had graduated from college. I called [email protected] and told him the list we were sold had data that appeared to be older than a decade. Brad told me that the list sold to me was ran on May 2, 2016. He offered an updated list to me from May 4, 2016. He emailed me the new list.

I went through by hand and still pulled 19 names of our church members from the list whose children were now young adult ages. I supplied the bad data back to Brad and asked him for a refund. This company is a member of the BBB in good standing and they advertise on their website that they give refunds to customers that are unhappy. The companies website is located at http://www.usdatacorporation.com.

On 05/20/16- Brad told me he could not refund our money. He told me the Vice President would contact me. I have sent 2 more written notices to Brad asking for a refund since that time. Brad responded that he would remind the Vice President to call me. I also left the Vie President a voice mail on 6/21/2016.

On 5/20/16 I sent Brad a mailing list of our current Pre School families. Brad told me if I did this, they would send a refund. I indicated to him that in theory- if the list he sold me was what he promised, at least one family already in our school with children ages 0-3 would be included on the purchased list from USA Data Corp. No names were included.

I consider the sale of an outdated list as fraud. I consider the lack of processing a refund fraud, especially when a refund is promised on the front page of their website, and Brad told me a refund would be processed if I supplied the bad data to his company.

This experience cost our business time and resources. It also delayed an important mailing for our enrollment.
