I received a notice from a company called Dar Waterfront & Associates who acquired a past due debit from Eye Vibe Skin Elements for free samples to try their products in the amount of $203.62. I have never seen a bill for these items as they were free samples. Tried to contact Dar Waterfront & Associates and received an automated answering service whom did not recgonize the reference number written on the letter. They are threatening to place a negative report on my credit. I refuse to pay for free samples.
Received noted from Dar Waterfront & Associates (collection agency) for past due amount $97.83 from SkinElements. Product subscription was ended with product returned. Company has no record of request. My word against theirs. Went to pay -- no human connection - transaction doesn't go through eventhough all data put in. This feels/smells like a scam.
DAR Waterfront & associates sent me a notice stating that it was "an attempt to collect a past due balance"
and that they had purchased this debit from a creditor named Cianix as a charge off.
I did order and recieve a trial order from Cianix for the cost of shipping in the amount od $2.95 and a handling fee of $.99. But no additional products were purchased or additional charges incured from this order. I have all documentation for this transaction and nowhere does it address additional product or additional billing costs.
I see that this company preys on this type of purchase transactions of free trial products, paying shipping only.
Hello I doing this report, because the company is trying to charge me 97.83 for some skinelement cream. It was a free trial, and they told me to pay only the shipping wich I alreay paid.

Just received a collection notice, that I never received a bill for any product.
On 12/15/2016 I signed up for a free sample of eye serum. I was to pay shipping charges only, which was pre-paid.
I received the product. At no time did they say there would be additional charges.
I did not receive any additional products, nor did I receive an additional Invoice.

I received a notifiction from this collection co. for services I know nothing about, I tried to contact this firm by phone
and on the internet but could not reach them. I have never received a bill stating I owed this debt or who I might have
owed it to. I will not pay a bill unless I know I owe it.
