I would like to tell you my experience with DACfix I found there are Services because I was looking for help because a company falsified information on my DAC report. And it's called DAC report they gave me a call around 7.00 oclock the individual was a man and he said that he was returning my call and responded that he was not in his office but he will be in his office tomorrow morning is there anything that he could help me with I began to tell him my problem and also ask him things of how dac fix works so he basically recited information that was on the website me being desperate I paid $355 dollars for daxfix services that was august 5 2017 after I pay with my car I receive a email of a receipt of which I had paid he told me if I have any questions or if I ever need anything I could give him a call anytime. After a while I began to think and do my research I later found that there were so many people making complaints against this company so I ended up calling today to ask them could I just send them my deck report instead of them waiting for my DAC to come in the mail I literally had to leave a voicemail because every time I call there is no answer and then when they do return my call they will let the phone ring two times and hang up then leave a voicemail the last time I talk to a real person was the day I paid them my money which was three days ago august 5 2017 after sending them a copy of my DAC report an hour later I received a email from hireright saying that We have received your submission and a member of our Consumer Support team will contact you shortly if additional information is needed to help complete the process. Your case number is ×××××××× my question is why I would hire right send me a email saying that they will get in contact with me for additional information if DAC fix supposed to handle mycase so I don't even know if I supposed to tell my case to hireright if they call or let that fix handle the situation. I promise you I have not talk to a live person since the day I gave them my money I have only receive voicemails I feel as though they tell you that they're going on be with you every step of the way when in reality they don't even pick up the phone or even call you the only would leave a voicemail there is so much information that I have learned about DAC fix only if I learn the information before call them for their services people be aware of this so-called company that helps people fix their DAC report they need to be in jail because they are taking advantages of drivers who are seeking help because it is already enough that we are in the position that companies lie on then on top of that we have a company that poses as they want to help you but in reality they are taking money that we could have paid a bill with. My situation that I'm going through is current I have yet received a call from them people this is not a real company because you they were they would keep in contact with their clients they would not leave just voicemails and not pick up the phone I have called over 20 times please people I hope that you read this before you make a decision on deck repair because I realize that the services they provide or things you could literally do for yourself. They tell you that they work with a paralegal so I looked up with a paralegal years and it stated that a paralegal is not a hundred percent considered a lawyer and then when you play close attention on their website they have misspelled words. I am very afraid because my life depends on it I have went through truck driving school paid off expensive loans when I entered the trucking industry it was to better my life and my family but it seems like my life has gotten worse since I entered the trucking industry...
