At all costs avoid using tru marketing. “diabla” is well-versed in the psychology of manipulation, as well as being a control freak, and will soon have you paying heavily for services that never come to fruition. I should have heeded the warning bells when i saw that she had no business premises, no portfolio of satisfied clients and appeared ignorant regarding basic computer technology. Foolishly, i succumbed to her disarming manner and went ahead on trust alone, which i now regret beyond words.

Having just recently discovered Yscam.com, i am not in the least surprised to find that others have been cheated by her in a similar manner. The reference to diabla's having a drink problem now makes sense to me; on a number of occasions, early-morning meetings were cancelled at the last minute, and it also explains her lateness and lack of organization. Her lying and cheating cannot be excused however, they are simply that; lying and cheating. She even used threats, in an effort to extort further money.

I would strongly discourage anyone from using this cowboy outfit. Please take the time to locate a reputable company that is engaged in true marketing and save yourself money, worry, frustration and anger.

Hopefully, something will come of these reports and some redress will result. At the very least, this should serve as a warning to others.

Nailed it

This is so funny. I worked for Dabla many years ago. I'm talking like late-90's many years ago. I was a freelance graphic designer and so much of what you said brings back memories. She had no office, and we had to meet at her apartment. Half the time, she was unprepared and almost always buzzed from drinking. Often I would arrive and she would cancel our meetings and just want to talk - usually about men. She would frequently ask me if I thought she was attractive and I would just change the subject. Then she would tell me that she was getting new clients and that I would have a lot of work coming my way, which never happened. I can remember getting paid for some of the work I did, but definitely only about half. Looking back, I knew pretty early that she was running some sort of fake business but I went along with it because it was kind of funny to see what would happen each week. Eventually she just kind of disappeared. I guess I am not surprised to read a review like this, but I am surprised to read it nearly 20 years later. I guess some things never change.
