After having their product for three days i had to sent it in for warrenty reasons. They did nothing but send it back with a new battery and charger. And now, no more than two months later, it's completely stopped working. If you ask me it's close to being considered a scam. I asked for a full refund.

I ordered one of their vaporizers on 12/12/2015 and paid for the 2 day air shipping. After a week I contacted them and the response I got was that there was a blizzard in denver and it slowed shipping. I was assured that my order had been shipped and I would receive my order before Christmas. I asked for a order number and tracking number and never got one. I email them again about a week ago and was told pretty much the exact same thing. They told me there was delays with their shipping company and that I would recieve it before Christmas and again I asked for a tracking # and never got a response back.

Today is Christmas eve and still no package and still no order number or tracking number. I emailed them back and asked them to cancel the order and refund my money, I am going to dispute this charge with my bank on monday morning. Do not order anything from these people, they do not have a clue on how to run a business and all they can do in their responses is make dab related comments.

IT IS RIPOFF

I don't even know what to start with. I am beyond disgusted with this product your response, your customer service and your so called repair service. My next action will be to the better business bureau. I ordered this thing online on 9/26/18 for 111.48 IT DID NOT WORK! I wrote to you telling you there was a problem. we went back and forth with notes at least a half dozen times. I tried everything they said to do. still not working so out of my own pocket even tho I asked for a call tag to send it back I spent a little under 5 dollars. Now the price of your product is 117.00.

I sent it back on Oct.13-18 after a little over 2 weeks I wrote to you asking after it, when i was told you haven't seen it but you will keep an eye out for it. Now I am so pissed I wanted to scream. A day later I get a ups e-mail saying it was shipped with a heating element. It was in my mail box on Oct.27-18 Well I thought it's finely fixed now i can enjoy it after such a long wait.

With a smile on my face I run to my computer and plug it in, a few mins. later the red light turns green I unplug it and press the silver button 3 times and nothing. So I thought I would plug it back in for the rest of the night so that is what I did FOR 10 HOURS... I try it again and nothing. At this point I am thinking no way they would or could send me another broken one or even send back the same one unfixed. No I say to my self no one is that stupid or think I am that stupid.

So I'm still in hopes thinking maybe its the port on my pc. I so in and ask my roommate if I can use his pc to charge it and again it stayed charging for 12 and a half hours. unplugged it pressed the silver button 3 times and again nothing. I AM DONE WITH THIS SHIT!!! I am not spending another dime or wasting any more time. I want my money back you send a call tag and will send your product back in the same condition it came in broken.

This was my last message to them, I received no response.

Awful product

After buying this, I had to return it three days later because it wasn't working correctly. After receiving it, and them doing literally nothing but sending me another battery and charger, it lasted maybe two months before it stopped heating up completely. And at this point it's just a hassle. I've asked for a refund.

Debado sold my 17 year old a defective product and will not honor the return policy. I was told over and over to fill out a form which I have done 3 times. When you call the only prompt that they pick up the phone on is the sales one. I think that this is a scam and all of the products are defective and they tell you that it was abused. In my case my 17 year old never used the product. I tried to return it but they will not take it back even after 1 week. I have been trying for 3 weeks already. Nobody should ever buy from DABADO, thet're a RIPOFF

This item broke after using it for 1/2 a day. Customer service very rude, refused to listen to me, admitting sometimes a product is defective. Refuse to refund my money, refuse to replace item. Only offered to fix my item if I pay to ship it back to them. And I may or may not have to pay to fix it. They keep treating this issue as a repair issue when it should be a refund issue. The item is defective I was only able to use it for hours before it broke. I do not want that item fixed so I ended up paying $100 for a broken items that had to be repaired. I either want a new item or I want my money refunded. After some research I see that the delete all bad reviews of their products. They have a game and grading on Better Business Bureau and several several complaints filed against them or bad customer service and doing the same thing that they are doing to me.

I bought a bolt from dabado and within 3 months Within the warranty period) the heating element became unsoldered and fell off. I sent it in to get it repaired and they sent me back a piece with different threading so i couldn't use it. I contacted them again and they said they would send out an adapter so i would be able to use it.

But they sent it to the wrong address. After pointing this out to them they told me it was my problem and that i should try to get in contact with whoever lives at the address they sent it to Which is over 150 miles away from me) and try to get the package. I tried that with no luck, and now dabado refuses to answer repeated emails and service requests on their website.

I realize now that all the reviews on their website are fake/edited. Not a single one or two star review?? Terrible product, terrible customer service, terrible company. Wish i would've checked yscambefore purchasing. There goes $100+ for about 5 uses.

If you're considering buying from this company, don't. They order products from china and put their label on them. You can get the exact same products from chinese direct sites like dhgate and alibaba for half the price.

Terrible no idea how to rub a company

Stay away I unfortunately bought a product through dabadoo and still have yet to receive it a week later after paying for priority shipping. The company blames the post office when the post office has all the records on hand so basically dabadoo are a bunch of liars not keeping up on their end. Making cheap electrical products that are faulty and passing them off and then doing everything in their power to void warranties to make another sale or to not lose their money on refunds like they should when selling a poorly constructed product and proceeding to lie to customers. Considering sending the package right back unopened for a refund when it arrives as I read countless similar reviews from ripped off customers of dabadoo and do not want to suffer a broken product and out over a hundred dollars

The Bolt M atomizer is very poorly designed. First problem is that these atomizers are way too fragile. I don't mean they are so fragile that it won't hold up to dropping, bumping, or jostling. I mean these things are so fragile that they don't hold up to completely normal everyday use. I used this product with a couple friends over a few weekends at home. The first atomizer lasted about 3 weeks. I filled out their repair form on their website and they sent me a new atomizer at no cost to me. Awesome, I thought at least their warranty is good. So I was happy that they replaced it. The replacement atomizer lasted a total of 3 weeks as well. At $69 a piece, you would think they would last at least for the 90 day warranty. Here's why you will regret ever purchasing DABADO products. I contacted them again via their repair form. Here's their response:

That's right according to their warranty, if you use the product at all they don't have to honor their warranty. I spent $250 on everything in total. I used the first atomizer about 3 weeks and the second one about the same. Now I have a $250 paper weight because I refuse to spend another cent to replace a product that is going to fail again in 3 weeks.

I have reminded them numerous times that I used their product exactly as specified in their manual and I'm well within the 90 days. But they refuse to replace the defective part.

Don't change the nail

If you even attempt to change your nail, or remove the nail after cleaning, it severs the ceramic heating element. Poor design if you ask me.I returned the first one I bought from a local head shop after just 1 week. They replaced it with no questions. They said not to change the nail. I didn't understand since the nail would need to be cleaned often how you couldn't remove the nail to clean it.

After 2 more weeks I decided the taste was being overpowered by the dirty nail. So I removed it and yet again the heating element was severed. I took it back to the head shop and they gave me a full refund. They also said they would no longer be carrying this product due to it's poor performance.

I ordered my dabado and they shipped right away. When i recieved there was chips of glass broken off the mouthpiece and the glass nail was broken also. But I never noticed that they didn't ship my extra rings with the package. They replaced both broken pieces and I contacted them about the missing o rings 2 times and still with no response. My complaint is that the fact that they're not responding about the O-rings it's the fact that they used o rings instead of making a glass on glass. The O-rings degrade and I can't help but to think that your smoking those two when the device is getting so hot. But the real complaint is that the bubbler that it comes within the mouthpiece when you put the proper amount of water in it and draw a super slow and easy you still end up sucking water into your mouth and lungs and it almost makes you feel like you're drowning very very very poor design. I have contacted him about it along with contact him about the missing o rings 2 times with no response. And they decided to send me a survey so I gave them one star in my honest review. And decided to go on the website to try to find my review. And what do you know I can't find one negative complaint on the dabado website anywhere... Just seems kind of biased and one-sided if they're only going to post the positive reviews and not let people be able to get an honest feel for what other people have thought about the product.

stay away

I ordered the thunderboxpro and the m nail mod. Its a very poor design. The o rings should be glass on glass instead. And the bubblers so short that even with the minimum amount of water he still end up sucking it into your mouth and lungs. If you plan on ordering this product plan on smoking your o rings and drowning with the original Factory bubbler. Might want to consider ordering a different class peace and throwing the one that it comes within the garbage. The only reason I'm on other sites leaving my review. My honest review. Is because dabado ask me to fill out a survey so I did honestly which it wasn't negative review. So I went on to dabado website to find the review that I left and I quickly realized that dabado is one-sided and biased on the reviews that they pick that people can see. My glass nail and mouthpiece both were broken when it arrived and I inform them and they were shipped but I now have my new mouthpiece which instead of having chips of glass broken off of it now has tooling marks instead. Also I noticed that I didn't receive the O-rings That was supposed to come with it and I've contacted dabado 2 times about the missing O-rings and the fact of drowning while trying to use their product. And still no response. Everybody do yourself a favor and hold off on ordering from dabado until they redesign their rubber O-rings to be glass on glass, that way all you are really smoking is the concentrate and not the O-rings

Dabado Vaporizers Going Bankrupt

So after watching tons of youtube videos on how good these things work... and even in one she talks about how her first one didn't work, but the company has great customer service, and sent her a new one without even making her send the old one in?! After watching that is when i figured they must be a pretty legit company, and i think I'm going to justify the expense of almost $150 dollars. Well that was a big mistake... And it also leaves me to believe that they must hire these popular youtube channels as sales reps, or must give them free service and products(that are not defective) or something. Because all of the more popular youtube stoners I seen totally recommended this product, from what I seen.

Anyways I went ahead and ordered the product, finally got it and was super stoked to test it out... but went ahead and gave it a full charge anyways like the manual says. By the time it charged, you can now imagine i am really excited! Go to heat it up after very carefully setting it up... and no heat that I can feel. Hmm, so I amp it up to the high setting and try to heat it again. I even just put my thumb on it this time.. directly to the nail. And it was obvious i had a defective unit, the heating element didn't work what so ever. I tried it a few more times hoping it would kick in... But no. Thats when I got on and found these horrible reviews. =(

I got right on it with emailing the company about it. I asked in my email if I could instead have someone call me to get it worked out, and provided my number, as I hate email. I hate typing honestly... but I got to do what i can to help shut this company down, or improve their service. So never got a call... finally did get a very short, and bland email back saying to print off the shipping label and what not to take back to the post office. So I first packaged it very nicely to make sure damage would not occur, to give them an excuse. I then printed the tracking label and everything as said to send back into the company. Took it in and had it scanned to get sent out. So I go home and get on my email like an hour later to check for my new tracking number, and nothing. So being that the company was still open for more than a hour, I called them to ask about it. No Answer, same as when I tried calling them before emailing about the problem. Tried all departments, before thinking maybe they called it an early day. Now after this BS, I sent mine in a couple days ago and was supposed to get a new one on the way right once it was scanned at the post office. That obviously was a lie... and I am unfortunately starting to except I may have got jacked by a bunch of stoners. Because I have tried calling more than 10 times today, at different times, to all different departments... And some don't even go to a voicemail, like the ignore it. Maybe they are just to high to talk right now... IDK... Im just hoping I get the product I payed a lot of money for, especially after all this work that wasn't expected for it!! The only way this company could truly impress me at this point, would almost be to refund me for the product and still send me extra attachments, or something to say "we are sorry for this shit show, and hours of your time we have waisted". I would suggest to all you angry ex-dabado fans to follow their snapchat account "dabadodabs". I am not sure if the kid on it all the time is an owner, or just another lying sales rep for the company... Seems to be the owner, as it even sounds like the guy on the voiceover when you call. But either way he flaunts around in his white audi r8, that is paid for by stealing from fellow dabbers(that actually work for there money, instead of post videos of them dabbing all day). So yeah I would follow him on snap chat... And I'm sure one of us will be able to have some words with the faggot somewhere around Denver. Or you could always just leave a nice big note on that beautiful R8 you helped pay for! Maybe he will se how it feels to need someones help to use his products...

These people must be heavy into using there products because the sent me the bolt instead of the pen !!! Thats a 50 dollar diff on their end !!!... The idiots then do what they do to everyone else when you try to straighten it out... Lies and delays ... Do yourself a favor and dont buy their products!!!

I had purchased my Bolt from Dabado back on 7/5/16. I had heard alot of good things and was excited to buy it. When I got the box in the mail and opened it, the accessories were everywhere. It was not handles with care at all. After I got out all the pieces and started pu tting them together I realized that I was missing O-rings, My quartz nail was broken, and the bubbler was so lose it would slip off it I didn't hold onto it. I called and sent them an email right away before I even tried to use it. I didn't hear back from them all weekend so I wanted to use it and see how it worked. Well.... it didn't. THe bubbler attachment was so lose it didn't allow proper air blockage to allow the vapor to travel up the attachment. So again I called them Monday and let them know what the issue was. They said they would be happy to help and gave me the shipping address. To my dismay, they made ME pay for the shipping!

Over 3 weeks later I got the replacement bolt in the mail, excited again.

After sending my product back for warranty purposes, got notification from the shipper that it had being received on April 1st by Terry at the front door.

I send them an e-mail on April 5th to confirm they had receive my product, i did not get an answer.

On April 7th after several unanswered e-mail they told me “ We are going to check on that right now for you. You will hear back from us shortly”. I did not hear back from them shortly.

After not hearing back in 4 days I decided to send another e-mail, on April 11th, this time they answered “Your Bolt was a short circuit. So we will be sending you a new Bolt ASAP! We truly apologize for the delay, but you will receive a tracking number, immediately.”

It is kind of funny how they use words like “shortly”, “ASAP”, “Immediately” but they are not about that at all.

After not receiving a tracking number at all and 2 later, on April 13th they told me “Have you not received a tracking number?”. Are you serious? How do you not know if you sent me a tracking number or not. This is just more proof of how horrible of a service they give to their customers that spend on something really expensive.

Next day, April 14th they send me another e-mail saying “ We just sent you the tracking number, but it will be sent out today, GUARANTEED” now they used the word guaranteed. They did sent me a tracking number, but that was it, a shipping label created but the product was never sent.

Today April 20th, they still have not send my product, the first tracking number is still on a label and has not shipped. Today i received another tracking number. Now I am waiting to see if it finally ships out.

Don’t buy at all from these people. Save your time, money and look somewhere else.

As others have complained about, Dabado does anything/everything in their power to not honor their warranty.

I purchased a brand new bolt. Again, as others, the nail stopped heating up after approximately 1 month of use. After contacting Dabado for their warranty program, they informed me to mail it in & I would hear back within 24 hours.

1 week later, after not receiving any response, I contacted Dabado to follow up. I was told the technician was fixing it "as we speak" and would be in touch via email within the hour.

The next day - still no response. I again contacted customer service & this time, they told me the Bolt was not covered under warranty because of "water damage" that is categorized as misuse. This does not many ANY sense. The Bolt was never once used near water, and how is it suddenly water damage after they were fixing it the night before?

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Dabado did not even bother responding. Although I understand their warranty does not cover water damage, and this is reasonable, I do not accept that my Bolt was water damaged, as it is simply not possible.

I am completely, 100% convinced that Dabado made this excuse up (and does so to others) so that they do not have to fulfill their warranty obligations. Furthermore, their warranty policy does not provide any provisions for disagreement, or proof of technicians' claims.

I would encourage anyone considering purchasing a Dabado product to stay very far away. Although this product was great when it worked, it did not work very long. It is clear that Dabado has some serious manufacturing defects to work on.

First off they advertise free shipping on orders over 100$

Second I was charged 12.50 for shipping on my $120.00

I recieved my product in the mail , and I tryed it it didnt work as described .So i contacted them they said my battery was faulty and would ship me another one. When i went to use it the next time it broke making it useless . In five days i never got to use this product as decribe itt is now broke Ive contact the company, they say i mis used the product and will not give me a refund. They have a no refund policy unless of poor workman ship of materials I believe i have a right to refund based on that . but they say I misused it

The product that I purchased broke prior to warranty expiring. This product was defective or poorly built. The product broke under normal use as suggested by the manufactuerer. Upon contacting Dabado Vaporizers I was asked to send in a picture. The picture only shows a missing nail and element this is because the element broke under normal use. The device was cared for well and only used by myself. I did not use the product more than 4 weeks.

This company is run by lazy lying losers. I ordered a vaporizer from them on 11/28/15 and let me tell you it has been complete hell dealing with their customer service. The day today is 1/1/16 and I still do not have the product I ordered (I even paid extra for the priority 2nd day delivery). Over the weeks I have contacted them countless times and been told multiple lies that do not add up. The first lie I got was that it would take about a week to ship out, I understood that as it was right before the holidays (I paid extra to avoid this but eh whatever I could live with that). Second lie was after about 2 weeks they said they were "re-engineering" their design so it would be another 3-5 days and they offered me a different color. Why would they re-engineer the product I ordered? I bought it because I liked it how it was. At this point it had been 3 weeks and I was fed up so I contacted them again. This time they told me it was snowing so they haven't shipped yet but they promised I would get it before Christmas (Happy New Year and where is it now????) And finally on the 27th I sent them an email and the response I got was pure gold, they COMPLETELY FORGOT about my order and shipped it out immediately (or so the email said). In their final email they told me "you're supposed to have it by now, USPS lost about 50 of our orders and we are shipping yours out as I type this" but that is a complete load of BS because it was only the first shipping confirmation I got. USPS couldn't have lost it because they never even sent it out. I am furious with this company I need to somehow get my money back but I don't know how, this was the best thing I could think of to feel better so please DO NOT buy from this company, there are multiple others selling the exact same thing.

This is the worst company on the planet. They stole $185.00 from me and I know, I must have been high to spend that much on a "vaporizer" in the first place.

I made this purchse for a family member who is suffering from cancer and is using alternative medication to help with treatments. It was suppose to be a Christmas gift and ordered on Dec. 8th. The company is in Denver and the shipping address is also in Denver. They were quick to take my money but all I recieved in return was numerious emails with excuses on why they couldn't ship. First they said it shipped, then they said it didn't, then they said it did. They even had the nerve to say that it couldn't ship because Denver had snow!!! What really? They are just a bunch of kids who have smoked way too much and have found a way to steal from hard working people without any regard for others.

Do not order from these burnt out theives.

Was sent an email that product had shipped friday the 11th along with a tracking lable , fast forward 8 days product has not shipped and no 1 there knows how to tell the truth , Tracking lable has not updated but the product shipped , They sound like a bumnch of burnouts on the phone . cant seem to tell the truth for anything , Passing blame to the post office makes no sense if by there own words it hasnt shipped yet , Why send an email on Friday the 11th that the product has shipped when it hasnt , paid for priority shipping , still dont have , has sent multiple email and every one says something differnt . Blame the blizzard , and blame the post office is a rookie move . Sayimng the post office is having problems with commercial buisness is BS when by your own admission it has not shipped on friday the 1th , or the better excuse , the lable has not updated so you will get your 2 day priority package that shipped on the 11th by Xmas . Odd everything else i have ordered from the denver area arrived in a timely manner , stay away from these ppl , seems like a bunch of kids that have no clue how to run a business and choose to pass the blame on every 1 else .
