I paid for TWO separate orders from cutevivi.com - Never received either of the orders. It was charged to my credit card on 02/23 and second order 03/18 and the City next to the website name on my credit card statement is Hong Kong.
The website has been taken down and there is no phone number or support email to contact. I contacted my credit card company and there was no phone number associated with this company. This company is a FRAUD.
I bought off Cutevivi that had an advertisement on Facebook, and was looking forward to getting some nice nail polish, they weren't that cheap but they were nice nail polish's. I have emailed them several times and they reply to wait a little longer as it maybe due to custom's holding them as they are liquid. Which I would have had a reprot from custom's if there had been a problem, I believe they are just stealing via internet. I only want my money back.I will be telling all my friends on FaceBook about them and not to order anything from them, they need to be removed off the internet completely,

Never received my order from this company. It had been so long waiting for the items I had almost forgotten about it.
I used Paypal to pay for my order that was made on March 1, 2018, around March 18 I returned to paypal to contact the seller to ask where was my order.
I choose to correspond with them through the resolution section located on Paypal so that a log of this could be easily tracked. Letting them know that I never got and email telling me when my order was ship or a tracking number.
Well I got a answer back from Blackboom informing me that my order was mailed out on 3/11/18 and then,on top of that I was given a bogust tracking number that was associated with DHL shipping the number never worked always got an error message.
I was told to wait 25 day for my order. Well by time I waited that time period,my request for my refund time had run out. I believe that knew this and my case was CLOSE in the resolution section.
I ordered 29.00 in nail polishes after seeing a ad on facebook- that was 2 months ago. they sent me a fake tracking # for a shipment thats never came. I have contacted them 3 times and they keep saying its coming. lots of facebook complaints
