I ordered back in Feb 2015 and I never received my items!!! I've e-mailed Michelle Mondrof the terrible owner and she reassured me the 1st couple weeks and now she's completely ignored me. And blocked me on Instagram. Lucky for her I have all the screen shots on IG all the e-mails. I'm taking her to small claims ASAP
The website and instagram account manager claims that the garments you buy has to be shipped from Columbia, and that other comparable garments from other companies are of poor quality. I would rather get a poor quality garment from a company that will actually send your stuff than to buy a so-called top quality piece for $75 and never receive it. I purchased it in February, and I still haven't received it. Its September 2015. I emailed their customer service address and never received a response. I complained to the instagram account manager, and she kept reassuring me that my garment would be sent to buy time. I went back to the instagram page and told ppl it was a scam and she blocked me LOL. I told them I would file a complaint with the government about curveysecrets.com, as it is a scam. They take your money and do not send you your item. They claim that it takes up to 21 days for you to get it, and I shouldve known then it was bs because no reputable company takes that long to send a piece of clothing. Also, other customers were asking via instagram when they were going to get their item. All I can say is don't buy anything from them, unless u have money to burn. They may have taken their site down by now, or changed their name, but i hope they are caught and made to give scammed cuatomers a refund. Will still file a report on them with the government.
