I was charged for services never received then when I called to cancel and p[aid them to just pick it up they never picked it up and billed me again . to make matter worse they over charged me from the sign on cost and threw rocks at my animal and when i called to complain the "manager" called me a gym sock of a person. scam unprofessional
Crystal Springs filtration water cooler failed and flooded our office. We've been trying to get someone to address the matter and make repairs -for 9 months. Yes - 9 months. This company is SO disfunctional, and there's apparently NO accountability to anyone for anything. A mutlitude of phone calls and time wasted chasing this around,and with no competent or sincere response from anyone at Crystal Springs, this qualifies as one of THE WORST CUSTOMER / VENDOR EXPERIENCES we've ever had.
This company has clearly demonstrated that they don't care about the customer whatsoever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER.
