Crystal asked me for $750.00 to review my case. After a few weeks, she asked to meet to go over the case. She said there were several things she thought she could do that would help me. She then asked for another $3,000 to draw up the motions she was to file. After the 1 1/2 page motion was written she sent it to me and suggested we meet again to go over it. She said she needed another $750.00 to file it, which I gave her. But she continually put off the meeting. During this time she was rude over and over to me. I would say the simplest thing like it rained this morning when it was actually after 12 that it had. She would send me 8 to 10 emails lambasting me about the mistake. I grinned and bore it because she had my money and I wanted the motion filed. She then took months to file it, continuing to be nasty to me each time we emailed or texted. I kept trying to be nice in return. Then she said that my case wasn't any good and that she wanted to quit my case. So for about $4,500 all I got was abused.
