I gave Michael Jackson a $500 deposit in Nov 2021 for a custom made Don Rich Saddle. He told me the saddle would be ready within one year. After one year I started asking how the saddle was coming along. He consistently lied, failed to respond to my phone calls, refused to communicate in writing and was just plain rude. At one point he told me my saddle had been cut out and should be ready with a couple of months. I contacted him a few more times with no reply. The last time I contacted him he said, "I was just talking with my wife this morning about your saddle, I am calling them today to find out what's going on and I will call you right back. After no return phone call and almost two years later, I told him to return my deposit. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I have ever had to deal with. The constant lies and tying up my money kept me from getting a saddle somewhere else. This man should not be in business.
