The corporate leadership of Creative Capital Partners and C&D Corp Services are falsely advertising services they cannot provide and do not have the actual funds to provide business loans. My company is still waiting for its business loan funding that is 90 days plus past due. They will send out a funding updates and make claims that funding will take place in a few days or a week then follow up with another funding update explaining why the funds are not available. Ksyntolious Miller, Carl McNeil, Dorian Banks, James Gee, and Lionel Rhodes have not been candid and honest with clients about the company’s financial problems.

The negative post on Creative Capital Partners facebook page have been removed. One of the post talked about a law suit against Creative Capital Partners for taking $250,000.00 from two clients and failing to perform their duties under contract. The second post talked about Creative Capital Partners being unreliable and poor communicators with an emphasis on avoiding this company. I have some serious doubts about Creative Capital Partners true desire to help small business companies. They are very aggressive in wanting to get your escrow payment for the business loan and as soon as they get your money they will have limited communication with you.

The office number will tell you to leave a message and has no client support staff to receive customers’ phone calls. I feel there is a serious credibility issue with Creative Capital Partners and banks are not willing to offer this company loans without some serious contingencies that has halted their ability to get financing to provide loans. If you are looking for a small business loan that can be processed in a timely manner without multiple excuses Creative Capital Partners is not the company you should be considering.

The company indicated that we could apply for the loan and that the same would be provided for after we provided a down payment. We applied for the loan back in 2017 and were due to get the loan back on 01/23. However on the date we were informed that there were delays and that the company was working on the same. Out of good faith we worked with the company by the owners kept pushing the date indicating that the paymasters (not our problem) had delayed on the release of funds. Eventually on 05/11 we were informed that they would be receiving the funds no later than 05/18 and that we would be receiving disbursment no later than 05/22. However the company has not communicated to us and informed us of any delays .. and ohhhhh they take a month to refund monies that you invest while they enjoy of the interest. At this stage we would like the loan amount we have requested for that the company / owners seem to enjoy. We were wiling to work with the company and their partners however have found that they change they business name. We would like to STOP all other investors at this stage until the old loans have been paid off. While delays are inevitable we now believe this company has scamsters.

They can not get it done

These guys jumped into something that they knew very little about. The program is the purchasing of (SBLC) which are stand by letters of credit. You can google it online and it will lead you to the details of the program and how it works. The problem is most people who engage in this business are dishonest and sell bad bank instruments. Now back to Creative Capital Partners. Carl McNeill who is the CEO of the company is a felon and has been convicted of some pretty serious crimes including embezzlement which is not surprising. They are taking money off of the top from the escrows that investors are depositing and paying themselves. This act is not illegal but is also not disclosed in the contracts which is should be. Everyone should just call them every 10 minutes until they pay us what they owe us. The sad truth is they will never be able to close the deal nor can they ever refund our escrow money because the insurance is not what we think it is and well they used alot of the money to pay their lofty salaries. But here are the numbers if you want them, text, call or do both all day every day until they pay you. Oh they love emails as well but will never reply to you....

Carl McNeil - 717-758-5574 - [email protected]

Tolie Miller - 703-939-2422 - [email protected]

Not Funded Yet

I am also waiting to be funded. I was supposed to be funded on 8th of February 2018 and I was told over and over that funding will start Thursday or Friday of every week but nothing has happened. I wish I had read this before I gave them my $6000 Escrow. They are cold hearted to be doing this bad thing to people.

Went after a business credit line with this company, going through James Gee, starting the process back in February of 2017. After many conversations, research into the company, and processing paperwork back and forth I finally went into escrow in April 2017. I was told it was important to get the money deposited asap as to get the funding within their quartly funding time. I was also told that I should be in receipt of the funds witin a couple of weeks of putting up the escrow into their PNC Bank account and going on line to pay the $495.00 processing fee. I received a letter that finally gave me a closing date of June 26, 2017, I questioned James sevearl times on this but he assured me they do this just to give them a little extra time to close in case anything got held up but I would be getting funded before that date. Here we are as of February 18, 2018 and many emails, text messages, and phone calls stating funding was happening every week and still nothing. Communication has all but but stopped now, all the while they continue to take people's money when they can't even fund what they have in previous commitments. They have tried to force me into signing new loan documents stating I would not take legal action against them as well as stating that I knew my escrow money that I deposited with them would be used to acquire funding to close the loan they were acquiring for everyone, and then back date it to my original loan docs that I signed.

Currently there are seveal reports on here with the same complaint. I have found people from New York, California, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, South Carolina, and New Jersey that they have taken money from and have not produced one dime. Money that has been put up for deposits range anywhere from $10,000 to $1,000,000.00. Some of these people are seasoned investors and a great many are small start-ups. With that said I am asking anyone that is caught up in this scam to email me at [email protected] with your contact information so that someone from are group can contact you. We are currently trying to get as many people involved listed so that we can present it to the FBI as a group to make this as quick as possible to prosecute them and stop them from harming any other people.

Caught in the scam as well

I was also scammed by Carl McNeil and to CCP team. I was to be funded in March of 2018. Of course, saw nothing. My $9,000 payment was to be held in escrow. Haven't seen that either despite numerous promises from Carl McNeil. I would be more than happy to be in a group that takes down these thieves and see them charge to the full capacity of the law!

Waiting for a year and a half for funding. Down payment of $50k

Same thing. It's been a year and a half. They say the same thing every week. We are so close. It's going to be one more week and so on. This had damaged my family and my business. I don't wish this company on my worst enemy.

The company will send you very detailed contracts, payout schedules and sell you on their product and tell you that it works and they have done several of these types of loans before. They take your deposit and you wait for your loan or return on investment to get paid out so you can run your business and support your family but it doesnt happen. I have been in the program for over 8 months and I have received multiple emailed letters telling me I am getting paid but it never happens. Tolie Miller sends the letters and when it comes to the pay date he disappears and doesnt speak to you for days and even weeks. If you call you can talk to Lionel Rhodes who just makes up reasons as to why it hasnt paid or tells you any day now but when you really press him for info he says he is just the messenger you have to talk to Tolie Miller.

During the time of my investmet they have promised to pay out the funding but due to missed paper work, paper work errors and final signatures needed to close the loan they can never pay me. They love to talk to you while they are telling you about the program and once you give them your money and tell you that you are approved they rarely will talk to you. If you question them or press them for detailed info they start to get very hostile with you telling you that you can get your money back and they will keep your funding when it pays out. They are unprofessional and down right rude and act like they are doing you a favor and could care less that you will lose your business wihtout the funding. They tell you that they have done this program before with success but in the next sentence tell you that there are growing pains with this program because this is the first time they have done it. So which is it? You have done these before or this is the first time?

Do not under and circumstances give them your hard earned money or trust that they will deliever on any promises. They will tell you that your money is in an escrow account and insured and you can get a refund in 30 days but can not provide any proof of the escrow account or insurance. The will not tell you who has your money, who is funding the deals or how the program works. I did receive a letter stating that we can ask for a refund but it will take longer to get the refund than it takes to get the payout. The insurance letter was from a company called Consumer Choice Assurance signed by a Richard Crock but you can not find a number or email address on the paper work or online. The office comes back to a building in Atlanta, GA where you can rent cubical space in an office. I called the leasing company for the building to verify this. When I searched for Richard Crock and an address it came back to a house located in Atlanta as well but still could not find any way to contact him to verify insurance. The letter is pretty vague about how your money is insured.

Bottom line is if it sounds to good to be true it is. I have lived in this nightmare for way too long and it has cost me so much in my personal life. I do not want anyone else to put their trust in these guys cause you will not get your funding and will have to fight to get your money back if you even can get it back. I know for a fact several people have asked for their money back and have not gotten it and they asked for their money back over 60 days ago. Bad deal, bad people and they are still trying to get people to invest in this program.

Creative Capital Partners LLC

The executive leaders Lionel Rhodes, Car McNeill, Dorian Burks, and Ksyntolious Miller are frauds. They never had any funding available to provide business loans. These leaders knew no money existed to provide loans and had a fleet of sales representatives securing contracts with escrow deposits. Creative Capital Partners had existing customers for over a year that never got funded and was still promoting the ability to provide business funding to clients within 60 to 75 days. Any reputable investors would not loan Creative Capital Partners LLC any money because the company has mismanaged a majority of their contracts and can't provide a refund to their clients within 30 days because the escrow deposits have been purged by the company leaders. The insurance policy that was provided by Creative Capital Partners to insure the escrow deposits were fake. Clients have done extensive research on the policy to come to that conclusion. PNC Bank was the financial institution used to steal the money from clients. Creative Capital Partners would not provide a financial statement verifying my businesses escrow deposit was secure. The company leaders will change the story line about the funding but the result is always the same with no funding ever being allocated. The civil court cases filed against Creative Capital Partners in Cumberland County, PA were won by default judgement because not one of the executive leaders took the time to appear in court. Failure to appear in court is a clear indicator that the executive leaders do not take serious the public image of the company especially when it has failed to honor a majority of the contracts. Creative Capital Partners are not candid with their clients on what happen to their money to avoid the lawsuits and legal problems it will create. I would avoid at all cost ever doing business with the executive leaders of Creative Capital Partners because the multiple complaints and inability to acquire funds to provide a loan is a high risk investment that you will most likely lose.

Business Loan Scam

Creative Capital Partners executive leaders are criminals and will continue to lie and promote a fantasy idea that they have connections to investors that will provide the company money to lend. Knowing what I know now I would not lend Carl McNeill, Tolie Miller, Dorian Burks, or Lionel Rhodes a single dollar. Investors' money should have remained in escrow deposit accounts however Creative Capital Partners removed the funds from investors account and mismanaged the money with another shady business associate who's name Creative Capital Partners can't reveal. Multiple investors have asked for a return of their escrow deposit and Creative Capital Partners can't return the escrow funds because the money no longer exist. Carl McNeill tried to avoid returning 90K to a restaurant owner he scammed until a Butler County PA Judge ordered a return of the money. The executive leaders promoted to investors and used their sales associates to sell the idea that Creative Capital Partners had available funds to fulfill their contractual obligations. The company could not pay employees and had no money to process a business loan.

Carl McNeill, Tolie Miller, Dorian Burks, and Lionel Rhodes are individuals under any circumstances a company should never engage in a business relationship with them. They have no credibility in the real estate investment and loan industry. The turning point to lose all respect for this company was when they started targeting churches to run their business scam. Serious legal action needs to be taken against the executive leaders. It has been over 2 years and Creative Capital Partners will not return my company's escrow deposit.

Who to contact

Contact your local PD and file a criminal fraud complaint against anyone at that you have spoken to at creative capital partners. They have scammed people for over $2,000,000. All they say is soon you will get your money. Soon isn't a day. Many people have been waiting for over a year for the so called insurance to payout which says it takes up to 30 days in the contract. Not one thing they have said or put on a contract is true or has ever been fulfilled minus taking our money. If you have any questions you can email me at [email protected] and I can advise you of what steps to take. rDNv
