Craigs appliance santa clarita ca. craig came over to give a estimate on fixing the dryer. On the phone he said a price of 150.00 to 165.00. When he got here after looking at the dryer he said that it needed a belt , 2 rollers, and a seal in the back. He then told me that he would go home to order the parts . 20 mins later I get a call back from craig saying that he could not get the part for seal and that would he come back to get the 40.00 service charge. And that he could not do the job. When he arrived ask him if he called sears to see if they had the part and he was supprised that I brought that up and said no.
One hour later I called sears to see if they could get the part and they said yes we can. So I called craig back and told him that sears had the part.He then said to order the part but was going to still charge the 230.00 minus the 40.00 which came to 190.00 total charge. Five days later I call craigs appliance back to let him know that the part had arrived to call me back to arrange a time to set up a day and time to repair the dryer. This guy Craig never called back and he took the money and ran. I'am writing this letter so other people do not use his services. This guy craig will rip you off and what ever money he can get from you.
