Myself my granddaughter and my little toy Poodle spent one miserable night at the country Hearth Inn in Kenton Ohio and they charged my card an extra $150 fee I did not authorize! When I called I was told it was a cleaning fee! Really???
First off I can assure everyone we did not have a wild party. 2nd ..they don't even clean this disgusting place! The shower was so disgusting I was afraid to use it. Total ripoff fraudulent hotel that needs to be shut down!! I've had to file a dispute with my bank as they are refusing to refund my money!
