Mr. Hersey, left our home in a complete disaster with trash in every corner, thin set needs to be dug out, tiles were inserted incorrectly, loose tiles, uneven tiles, mortar mix on top of the tiles and walls, destroyed our broom (no broom) and used Mapei grout, which is the worst. Several contractors declined because of his workmanship…Furthermore, Mr. Hersey’s, two year warranty has no MERIT! Therefore, I was left with no alternative, but to look for another contractor that is willing to accept the job and correct the deficiencies and remedial work because Mr. Hersey refused to complete the job. Additionally, I had no alternative but to take a claim through the Duval County Small Claims Courts to recover this outlay from Rick Hersey. AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS WITH RICK HERSEY. SO, IF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO RUN OFF WITH YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOUR HOUSE IN A WRECK THEN TAKE YOUR CHANCES WITH COUNTRY CUSTOM TILE – RICK HERSEY. GOOD LUCK!!!
