After court was filed and went to eviction she made up stories to the judge and they granted her extra time. At the end she got over 6 months of unpaid rent. We had to obtain a warrent for her eviction and sheriff had to get her out of the apt. She left the place a complete filth. Nothing was every washed or vacumed.
She smoked in the apartment(when there was absolutly no smoking inside the apt). place had to be repaired and fully repainted along with a deep cleaning on everything. The apt was brand new when she went in and put nail and screw holes in all the trim. I would not take the time to write this is it was no big deal.
